Every Market charged my credit card for $189.02 on September 13, 2023 for the product I ordered ( order # EM20-4716750 ). Since than I received an email confirmation only , and the product was not delivery . I tried to contact the **************** , but nobody answered ,and they didn't set their voice mail on. On 6/24/23 EveryMarket processed and charged my credit card $65.91 for bug spray that I purchased. However, when the package arrived it wasn't even what I ordered. I sent the package back explaining that the item wasn't what I ordered. I'm not sure of the date I sent it back. On 8/18/23 I sent a letter asking for a refund explaining I sent the package back to Everymarket but had not received a response, or a credit on my credit card. I still have not received any communication or a credit on my credit card. I would like a refund for the $65.91 that I paid for nothing. I do not have any bug spray since I sent it back - it wasn't what I ordered. Thank you!Business Response

July 9, 2023 I ordered by phone, I ordered a 8oz bottle of Electric Lady Honeysuckle double strength for 30.91 but I received in the mail a 4oz bottle of regular Honeysuckle
body spray that cost only 13.26 and the order ticket has Amazon name on it with no price just the name of the product and the order number. I want the right product or my
$17.65 back.

I placed an order for four sets of four in a pack Bump Patrol Original formula after shave on the 12th of August for a total of $177.95 but received only one set of 4 bottles. I tried everything to get a phone number for them but to no avail. I’m wondering why a business without a telephone number will be allowed to transact business in the United States.

I ordered rechargeable batteries from everymarket.com. in December 2022 they notified me that the batteries were no longer available through their supplier and they would issue me a refund of $30.87.
