      Transaction was 11/12/2023. I ordered *********************** original fragrance as pictured on the website, however I received *********************** Gold fragrance. Order # **************. I paid $133.60. The company doesnt answer phone calls, unable to leave message and have not responded to emails.

      I recently ordered a product called Pineal Xt manifestation through the company named Everymarket.com. Paid $72.31 for the supplements to which I have yet to receive. Since then I have been billed twice for $72.31, one on Oct. 30th and another on Nov. 2nd, and still no product. Called customer service and they will not answer. At this time I no longer want the product or anything to do with this company, just simply request my money back and be happy.

      On November 1, 2023, I made an online purchase for some Liquid Chorophyll, Nature's Sunshine from EveryMarket, the purchase including shipping and handling totaled, $45.76. The money was immediately drafted from my account yet, I did not receive an email confirmation and tracking number immediately after the online purchase is made. I began to contact EveryMarket online to request this information on 11.02.23 and 11/03/23 but never received a response to my inquiry. I would like a refund of my money for fraud.

      I can’t get the delivery people to deliver cause they saying they don’t have the tracking number which I don’t have or whatever 25 numbers that start 92, or 94 so on and so on.
      But I checked my trash, spam and email recovery so I’m waiting on a tracking number or the product “not a refund” but the product ********.       I placed the order on Tuesday I did not get a order number or tracking number in my email. I tried to call the number several times and I do not get an answer at all and the message says that the party has not set up a mailbox. I searched the company on the website and there are five negative results from people complaining about the business. I would like to cancel the order and to not be charged.

      On 9/28/2023 I placed an order for one Hello Kitty 2-Tier 600ml Lunchbox with Chopsticks. I paid $32.33 USD with shipping and taxes included, and $24.99 USD for the item itself using my debit card through ****** Pay. The last delivery update I received for #EM20-9394056 was on 9/28/2023 at 16:01:23 informing me that my order was being packed. As of today, 10/30/2023 I have yet to receive any more delivery status updates and have no idea regarding the whereabouts of my order. I would like to know if my order is being shipped and is in transit to be delivered to me so I can have my item or else I would like a refund. I tried contacting EveryMarket with the contact information they provided on their website but the email address they gave me proved to not be valid.

      On 9/21/2023 I purchased 2 bottles of Suki Skincare Moisture Rich ********* Lotion for USD64.57 from EveryMarket online store. On 9/25/2023 I received an email from Every market stating that they canceled my order EM20-0410359 because they were unable to fulfill it. They committed to arranging a full refund that would reflect in 3 to 10 business days to my payment account. On 10/11/2023 I tried contacting them by phone and received a voicemail full recording. I sent the following through the contact information on their websiteMessage to everymarket.com Hello,Today is 10/11/2023. This message regards a refund. On September 25, 2023 you sent an email stating that you canceled my order # EM20-0410359 and arranged a full refund of $64.57 that would reflect in my payment account in **** business days. It has been at least 16 business days and the refund has not been put in my payment account. Could you please refund my money? Thank you,*************************** On 10/18/2023 I sent a second message through their online contact systemMessage to everymarket.com As of today, 10/18/2023, your company, everymarket.com, has not deposited my refund into my payment account.       I am rejecting this response because according to every market my refund will not be reflected in my payment method for 2 to 5 business days. If I accept their response the complaint will close immediately. If I wait until the refund shows up without responding to BBB you may close the complaint after seven calendar days and my refund may not be complete by then. I will close the complaint when my refund is complete. Once bitten, twice shy. I am satisfied with BBB efforts. Thank you very much.
