      Terrible company. I ordered an item and received it and was asked to make a review so I I could get the same item complimentary and it never happened. Plus they ignored all my requests for communication during an almost 1 year time period of my attempts. Perhaps someone went to jail and they are unable to respond ? The return address is was from Y.       They are not selling what they are showing you online for purchase. The label is a sticker and its a capsule, not what I ordered or wanted. I left 2 voicemails because, they dont even have a real email address. I want my money back.

      Can I give them less than one star? I ordered my product 3 weeks ago. Was told I would receive 20 boxes for $55. They took my money really fast, but now I got the product, finally and it is only 4 boxes. I have had to ask many times where my items were. This is insane. I have asked for my money back, this is one of the items you can't return. I am so upset.

      If I could give negative stars to Every Market in MO I would negative the star above needed to input review. BUYER BEWARE AND DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. They are scammers and they do advertise products they dont actually sell. My issue was a very expensive NRG heating pad that advertised moist heat which is the reason I purchased it. Caution because in my case it looked similar and so I thought I received the correct NRG . My sister who had one of those pads for years just pointed out it was NRG lower quality no moist heat pad . One by the way you can order from other retailers for $40 less. I contacted Every Market twice because I hadnt opened the product it was unused. Both times **************** sticks to their script telling you No Refund because youre outside 30 day window. It was not open because I hadnt needed to use moist heat as of yet. No offer to make it right. No acknowledgment that they corrected their website. BTW incorrect product still showing on website at this writing.. Wish I read these other reviews 1st and will never do business with them again.

      I bought a saxophone on 12/23/23. It said that it was packaged and shipped on 12/29/23. How is it that the saxophone is on Mainland *****. From what I saw on your page it was coming from the U.S. Now you tell me that it is a"possibility of a refund " ?? I want my money the same way you took it..

      Scammers. This company shows items that they do not have in stock. They stole my photo from my online listing of the same item. They mislead customers to think they have the item in stock. Contacted company and asked them to remove my photo from their listing and they did not.

      I originally ordered the product (Ensure Pre-Surgery) through Amazon, total order amount, $14.37.Amazon kept delaying delivery out to December 29th, and I was getting concerned that I would not receive the product needed before my daughter's hysterectomy on Jan. 2, 2024.I went on line and googled "Ensure Pre-Surgery" and EveryMarket appeared, I went to their website and ordered the product, thinking it was coming from EveryMarket. Nope, EveryMarket ordered the "Ensure Pre-Surgery" from their Amazon Account, sent it to me as a Gift and charged me $52.98 for the same product I had originally ordered from Amazon for $14.37. EveryMarket marked the product up $38.61, and yes that included a shipping charge of $4.99.I contacted Amazon directly, hoping I could get a refund amount issued to my Amazon account. Amazon would not issue a refund to my Amazon account, stating I would have to obtain a refund from EveryMarket. Buyers be aware, EveryMarket is scamming customers with their unethical business practices. They should not be allowed to remain open!

      ************** the picture on their website clearly shows 3 bottles of free and clear hairspray...for a price of $29.77. after three weeks of waiting i received one bottle.after multiple emails, i was told that is all i will receive. this is clearly deception and false advertisement. who would pay $29.77 plus shipping and tax for a total of $38.07. for one bottle of hairspray? ...unless they were being deceived.I was SCAMMED!!!!!!!!!!!

      If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered something 2 weeks ago and havent received it yet. According to their website it hasnt even been processed yet. Ive sent them multiple emails with no reply. I will soon be calling my credit card company to dispute the charges.
