      scam alert. I purchased from their online shop and the transaction was not going through with different credit cards. It went through with the third one. Later I found out that they charged all 3 cards, one even double charged. No answer to Emails.They sent false status updates, pretending the package is on the way and after 2 weeks they just cancelled the order saying they "can't fulfill at the time".

      Try to send them email/ website questions and addresses are returned Unable to Locate. Unable to get status on order. Has been four days with no status on order so assuming this company is a bust. When trying to get reviews on this company the web runs you around with no results.

      A very bad company. It charges a lot for shipping. It never responds about my shipping date. I wanted to cancel my order but I was told that it was too late. My order is EM20-3465505 the total of the charge is **** dollars, and the item is **** dollars, ginger marinaded, preserved slices. A very bad experience. *****
