    This is a HORRIBLE rental company. I would not recommend anyone to deal with this rental company. Long story short. May of this year I put in a work order that my basement was flooding due to the foundation of the house. When it rains it floods my basement. I have several texts, emails, and pictures showing that how bad it is. They sent several contacts out stating that it would cost ******, home owner was trying to find the cheapest contractor which I understand thats a large amount. This then created bugs in my home. Ive been living in my place for 5 years never had this major problem, barely complain , and always pay rent on time. Fast forward got into it with ****** ******* the account manager because Ive gotten fed up at this point not having communication, no one taking my complaint serious. The unprofessionalism from her was unkind, aggressive and rude. This basement still isnt fixed and I got a letter stating that I had thirty days to move out. The landlord isnt going to fix the problem Im sure but clean it up for the next person and they will have the same problem. 0/10 I would NOT recommend this rental company!!!!
