We were so very happy with this rv dealership and we shopped at quite a few places. The salesman **** was the best. Friendly helpful and very knowledgeable. He was so very helpful, after he showed us what we had ask to see he came up with what he called his wild card having learned what we were looking for his wild card was the one we bought. We met quite a few other people and could not have been happier with the whole team. If anyone is looking for a camper please check out this dealership they are the best.

I would not recommend Travers ********** due to bad customer service. I had ********************** install a new roof and air conditioning system on my 2011 **** Windsport about a month ago. Fifteen days ago I took my ** on a trip to ***** where there was 100 degree temperatures. When I got to ***** I quickly learned the air conditioner was not working as was expected but could only blow hot air which made the inside of the ** over 100 degrees. It was impossible to sleep in the ** due to the heat. I called ****** ****** to see what could be done. I told him that I did not want to cut my vacation short and drive all the way back to ********. He suggested I call someone local in ***** for help. I called **Man in ************* who came out and diagnosed the problem as a bad air conditioner. He showed me the diagnostic result that showed low amperage that caused the air conditioner to blow hot air. ***** had to install a new unit which solved the hot air problem. I sent Travers the invoice from **Man but Travers refused to pay me. Now I am out a couple of thousand dollars due to them installing a bad air conditioner. Travers maintained that the air conditioner was working when it was tested in their service center. So basically they called me a liar when I reported to them it was not working. The ***** wrote notes detailing what was wrong with the unit on the invoice that I sent Travers. I have spent a great deal of money at Travers so they feel like they do not need my business anymore because I am asking for my money back from a bad installation on their part. I do not recommend Travers ** Service to horrible customer service

My name is ***** and I am the Service Director here at Travers St. Louis RV. *** **** brought his 2011 **** Windsport to us on April 23, 2025, for an insurance claim after making contact with a bridge. The damage required replacement of the roof and the A/C unit, which we completed. After the repairs, we tested all components to ensure everything was functioning properly. Following the repairs, *** **** took a trip to ***** and later contacted us, stating the A/C unit was not working. We advised him that the unit was still under warranty and suggested he visit a local RV shop for a diagnosis so we could initiate a warranty claim. However, *** **** proceeded to have the unit replaced without notifying us, obtaining a diagnosis, or retaining the original unit. Unfortunately, in order to file a warranty claim, we must have both the old unit and a written diagnosis from a certified technician so we can send it back to the manufacturer. *** **** wants us to pay a $2000 bill that we never approved.

I bought My camper from them in June 2023, and the sales team seemed friendly and easy to work with. I then went camping three times and found a few things that needed warranty work. I took the unit in during the off-season (January 8th, 2024) to get the warranty work done (a couple of broken outlets, a new rubber roof, and a cracked storage door). It took them till April to complete the repairs, at which time I went to pick up the camper and found that they had not done all the repairs and had damaged the flooring in the camper. I had to leave it there again so they could finish the repairs and fix the damage they caused. That night, a hail storm hit their lot and caused more damage. Since the unit was already there, I had them fix the damage from the hail after filing an insurance claim because their insurance wouldn't cover it even though it was on their lot. After receiving the repair parts, they told me it would be done on June 7th, 2024. It was not, and I was told it would be done on June 14th. After calling today, June 13th, I was informed that it still would not be done by the time they said it would. Additionally, throughout these six months, I have had to call for updates on the repairs instead of them calling me. They have now had my camper in their possession longer than I have had it in mine.

Worst place ever! Have had our Higland Ridge for a year and a half now. Nothing but trouble with it. The service department is horrible. Scheduled an appointment to have it looked at and repaired. Has been there now for a week and a half and no one has looked at it. Husband was told today that they no longer schedule appointments. Now it's first come first serve. Terrible practice!!!

Wow great reviews . I responded to a ******** ad about a Tiffin motorhome dealt with *** finally did and sent me a crappy video . this was sunday he said i was the first response. Too bus watching football game to deal with me . He sent me a crappy video that did not show anything . He said he would walk thru the unit first thing monday. Then we talked he said he could not get slides out or in whatever stupid excuse and the battery was dead. I texted him several more times and he said it was too cold and he would do it and call me in the AM . No call so i texted only to have him several hours later to tell me it was sold. After getting nowhere with him i called and talked to another salesman there who said he would have **** boss call me back . Never happened and i started calling on my own. Each one told me something different about the whole ordeal . Finally *** called me back what a pompous a** He said he was too busy selling another home to deal with my request and that is how i was unable to buy the motorhome. He told me to look up his family in ST. Louis and i wouldn' t be talking to him how i was . He is a pathetic bald headed little geek and should not be a salesman. I told him he needed to watch *** Men about a little car sales man portrayed by *********************** . What a way for a salesman to talk to someone
