      I would go ZERO stars if it were an option. I bought a boat from ************ ****** October 2022. It was winterized by the Moorings Yacht Service on 11/22 before transport to MN. A complete winterization was requested and paid. The boat was summerized this spring in MN and it was discovered the winterization was done incorrectly, resulting in over $3k in damage to the ********** systems. This was brought to their attention and proof was submitted along with a detailed repair estimate. I was told the owner is unwilling to pay for the damage his business caused to my boat. I made several attempts to get payment with out success. I don't understand how he can decide not to accept responsibility for damages his business clearly caused. I am having to take them to court to try to recover the damages.
