    We have been trying to get a refund of 2 months billing and rge bin deposit since May of 2024. Several calls and rext messages not answered. Check was finally mailed/post marked November 12th, check dated October 20th, check is good for 30 days. It was received AFTER banking hours on November 20th. So the wait begins again!!

    My bill for trash pick-up has been $72.00 (senior rate) for a long time. Now, unexpectable, my bill is $92.50. including a $2,50 for paper bill, no senior rate mentioned. You'd think that, that information, in good business practice, would have been forwarded before-hand, instead of a slap in the face. I've called five times, left messages with my concerns and phone numbers, but to no avail. No recalls, at all ! Unless, I hear from them soonest, I'll have no reason the keep doing business with, Shep, Curley and Mo. What happened to customer service????? The guys on the trucks are great. They always do a great job and dont miss anything. The office, however...... well, never mind, you'll, find out for yourself. No Stars, for the office, Five stars for the hard working guys on the trucks.

    Their trash service at the beginning was good. However over the last couple months has been less than expected. Trash days with holidays change, as expected, however the late day pick up may or may not happen. My trash has been at the curb for weeks. We are current on payment. I understand the weather and safety is priority. However we have been promised pick up and that service was not delivered as promised. We finally got picked up after two weeks of calling and requesting pick up. The customer service rep is not pleasant to deal with. I would not recommend this service for your trash pick up.
