    We have used this company twice now, once for our upstairs and now for low basement and they always get the job done quickly and efficiently. We would highly recommend them to anyone. 5 stars!

    Foundation1 polyjacked our driveway & installed a basement egress window. The whole process from quotation to scope discussion with Cassell to the actual work was outstanding. Cassell explained in detail what to expect and the office was great in communicating to us timing especially because of 2 weather delays. The egress window looks great and the cleanup inside and out was excellent. I highly recommend.

    The team was super responsive and easy to work with. Anytime I had questions about the project or billing, answers were quick and straightforward. The crew notified me early if/when weather would prevent them from working, which made it easy to adjust my schedule too.

    I had a great experience with Foundation 1. Cassell walked me through every part of the bid process, and I felt confident accepting the bid. The foreman, Kenneth, also put me at ease about the work to be done. I had to get some new piers put in and a central beam replaced. I recommend Foundation 1 to anyone who needs work done on their home. Thank you!

    We used foundation 1 for wall braces and interior basement waterproofing. They were very reasonable with the bid. We are pleased with their work, they cleaned up after themselves everyday. It hasn't rained yet but after getting daily updates on the work completed, we are positive we won't have any more basement flooding. We would use them again!
