  moved into a new house had these guys out to it to polyfill driveway and a concrete slab under a deck in back. IMO the best in the business. Excellent work
  
  At old house Guys were great, Our Sunroom moved up and down depending on the season and we were having troubles both with cracks on the walls, opening and closing windows and troubles with getting the door shut. i saw the crack virtually disappear and the door and windows open and close easily. I did have to add 2 wooden posts as once the bottoms were dung up were pretty rotten. Guys did a great job cleaning up afterwards laying some seed down and hay over it.

  Two weeks after paying over $9,000 to have my basement waterproofed I had severe flooding. When I called to talk to F1 I was told that they were not responsible for power outages. They had guaranteed their product saying that any issues after the installment of their system would be covered. They had failed to mention the need for a battery back up on their sump pump and wanted to charge over $2000 more to put in another sump pump with a battery back up. Since that time my basement has flooded again and they are now saying that they are not responsible because their system/sump pump is working. They don't know what the problem is and I am still waiting on a response and estimate for further repairs.
  The service has been very unprofessional, they will not answer my phone calls and I have had to request numerous times through email to have anyone come and look at my flooded basement.
  While their website indicates they are able to waterproof basements without damaging the structure, that was not my experience. The drywall in my finished basement was cut 1-1 1.2 feet from the floor, cutting the studs at the same time. No offer to repair was made, nor any offer to repair or replace the outside door they broke. Now they are saying the ongoing flooding is due to water coming in through the door, which they broke. Their solution is to do further repairs at my expense. This is a nightmare that has cost additional thousands of dollars due to their negligence and incompetence. Beyond all of this, the workers, from those on site to those in leadership, fail to represent in appearance and attitude what one would expect from any professional company, especially a family owned business with high ratings. Absolute nightmare

  They were on time, neat and tidy in appearance. They were very clear about what was to be done and how it would be done. The teams worked as well oiled machines. the job site was clean and in order as they left. They answered every question.
  They went above and beyond what they said they would do. I’m looking forward to having a dry basement.
