  Mark Ensminger was very polite, friendly and thorough on his inspection and his explanation on the repairs as well as pictures of before and after. We have used Bordner for roof and window replacement as well as stucco work and we have been satisfied each and every time.

  This is the 2nd roof we’ve had Bordner install due to hail damage. They were professional from the start and worked well with our insurance company. Would recommend them.

  Everything I was prepared for during my estimate visit was the exact opposite of what actually occurred. Right down to fixing an issue that was supposed to be included with the bid. FYI...Jacob B**** makes promises that are not kept! Here is what occurred during my roof installation....
  1. Sunday night at just before 9pm our doorbell rings (we are in bed) to someone telling us to be out of the driveway by 7am.
  2. When opening the garage door, the next morning at 530am I already had a full driveway, for which I had to wait 20+ minutes for all to move to get our cars out.
  3. The neighbors said the roofers started before it was light outside and worked into the evening until almost 930pm.
  4. Not a lot was cleaned up for day 2. The compressor used in the back of the house was never unplugged and ran all night. I picked up at least 3 complete shingles (pieces), and numerous nails just out of our front flower bed alone. The adhesive plastics from the shingles were everywhere and really still are along with shingle particles all over the front sidewalks and stonework on the front of the house.
  5. The satellite dish they removed for me was laying in the front yard along with a blower and multiple other tools were left in the middle of the driveway. The cable was left on the house hanging over the gutter directly in front of a dining room window.
  Once they were finished at the end of day three all seemed well until the first big rain a couple of days later (See Picture below). The issue that was supposed to be included in the bid left this mess on my front porch and continues to be worse than before they attempted to fix it. After numerous attempts to get them to come back out, I gave up. Lesson learned...Never make the final payment until EVERYTHING is complete. Interesting side note, I paid the office my final payment, and still had Jacob calling me trying to collect the payment a week later. Very disappointed and will never recommend or use them again!

  Bordner did a great job with our arch window replacement. We'd recommend their company. Each person we dealt with was professional, friendly and knowledgeable.
  
  We had been happy with the roof and gutter replacement on our prior house in Olathe from Bordner so we contacted them for a window replacement quote. Mary at the office was pleasant and set up a convenient time for us. Our sales rep, Chad, was on time; he listened to our needs and was knowledgeable about the products and services for the specialty arch window. They make sure it's ordered accurately from the manufacturer by having it measured and reviewed by a second person. Eric measured and took pictures. He details it all out for the installers. The window actually came in earlier then anticipated and Mary scheduled the installers, again, at a convenient time for us. Our installers, Carlos and Jose, were great. They were courteous and worked well together. They answered all our questions. Our replacement window looks great.
