  Adam and Mary were helpful throughout the process of getting our roof fully approved by the insurance company who needed to be convinced that a second inspection was needed.
  
  The roof is on and looks great. It only took the installation crew a day and a half to replace our tricky-shaped roof. Now we are working on getting the completed project approved and paid for by insurance.

  March 2022, Bordner's extended three bathroom vent hoses and installed three roof vents and connected the hoses. April 2024, I checked the attic and saw that two of the hoses had fallen away from the roof vents and were laying on the attic insulation. Saw that the vents were improperly secured just with plastic straps to the vents, instead of metal cable clamps that can be tightened to where they will not fall off. Called Bordner's, and they scheduled a repair appointment in three weeks. When no one showed up for the appointment, I contacted them after 40 minutes past the scheduled time. Was informed the appointment was cancelled but not provided a reason. Was told a supervisor would look into it and get back with me. The next day, late morning, called again to see if the issue was being worked. Was then told that supervision had deemed the work to be outside of their business scope. I explained that it was their work and gave them the original job number. I was then contacted and was told they changed their scope of work about a year ago and this type of work is not included now. Also informed that the warranty was just for a year. I questioned that as their warranty sheet has at the top "Workmanship Limited Lifetime Warranty" and this was obviously a workmanship issue. Received an apology, the phone numbers of a few handyman services, and a $50 VISA gift card for my trouble. I went to Lowes, purchased three cable clamps, and reattached the two fallen hoses and properly secured the third hose. Disappointed in this poor business practice as it took me longer to purchase the clamps than to properly secure them.

  Carlos and Jose were clean, careful, and professional. I love my new window! They put down a cover to be sure my tub did not get chipped. I was amazed at how quick the job was. They caulked and trimmed it beautifully. Thanks so much!

  We have some water issues in the front of our house, they come and gave us an estimate, which was very reasonable. They were up front about if there was more damage it could go up. Work was done in two days. Price is what I expected. They clearned up and the guys made sure I was happy with the job. Will use them AGAIN!!!!!

  Bordner came in on a Monday replaced my old shower with a new shower in a matter of two days. They were both fast and efficient. I was able to shower again on Wednesday. The worker cleaned at the end of each day and left nothing for me to remove, clean, or haul off. Excellent job.

  I can't think of 1 bad moment in our entire experience with Bordner. That extends from the home show to the first meeting in our home where we consulted on the scope of the job, got a very detailed quote committed to use Bordner's for the project, then on to the person who came out & did the final measurements & mentioned it might be good to match the door frame material to the shower head & handle-which we hadn't done originally ( details matter!). The communication throughout was top-notch from everyone involved: they were here when they were scheduled to be here, EVERY TIME! And then...the installer. I can't say enough good things about the installer. Of course the installers skills & demeanor are what make or break a companies reputation. Communication A+. Punctuality A+. He arrived as scheduled both days. Work ethic A+. Tidiness A+. Skills A+. The old shower tile & dry wall was removed & he replumbed without a mess. We were able to keep our existing tile floor & it worked out perfectly. You'd never know we changed the shower (except that it's beautiful now!) He didn't complain when we had a minor blip that delayed his work somewhat- our plumbing shut off valve in the house wouldn't work & my husband had to go out to the road to shut it off (we live in the country). He was patient when I kept coming in to sneak a peak at his progress. He used floor covering from the door through the hall & bedroom into the bathroom. He swept & vacuumed. This guy, Robert, is a neat freak. So respectful. Mainly, he was obviously a skilled carpenter who took pride in his work. I've had SO many bad experiences with contractors that working with Bordner's was a true delight & revelation that there are still reliable, skilled & ethical contractors around! I'm more than happy!! Thank you so much Bordners for making this so easy, transparent & successful. I'd highly recommend you, without hesitation! Loved the on spot financing as well!

  had a few leaks that I needed fixed. I had three companies come out. I appreciated Bordners professionalism so I chose them to do the work. They were knowledgeable about what needed to be done and gave me a reasonable time frame.
  I was impressed by the thoroughness in which the job was done and they explained the process to me. I was also given photos of before and after pictures which I also appreciated.
  I will definitely use them again.
