    Do not trust this mass emailing sales team, they will do nothing for the customer when the customer calls or emails.I placed an order,7/19/24 after multiple (8)emails and 2 phone calls.Only 2 not 100% negative interactions with their customer service team.Staff seems like helping is not even close on the list. I was told by customer service that it is on me to know my grow zone. My response was I do and that was why I ordered when I ordered so that it would be in the ground TIMELY.They just want to cancel your order not help you.I ordered several items.most of which needed to be in the ground by mid September.ordered in JULY!Of all 8 emails only one was responded ***** state all items would be shipped next week and this was in 10/22/***** of two days ago. I have 6+ inches of snow covering everything. No dirt is visible,it is now Halloween and they still had not notified me of shipment having been if shipped. 6of snow and still nothing ! Ordered had to be cancelled by my choice, after more then enough time and tried communication had been instigated

    We are sorry that you have had a bad experience with our company. We stated on our website that orders containing daffodils would not ship until mid-late October. We have only received 1 email from you on 10/15, we responded saying that our bulbs had been delayed and that we would ship the following week. We purchase our daffodils from ******* and unfortunately have no control over them until we receive them. They were supposed to arrive to us late September. We have issued a full refund for your order. We apologize for any inconvenience to you.

    Received a first catalog and was so excited to place a plant order. Several attempts to place an order failed (wouldn't let me check out as a guest; I had to make an account). Finally, I placed a large order of 31 plants, entered **** info, and it seemed to go through. No confirmation # or email confirmation and so customer service was emailed and they had NO order on record. Don't know what happened as I've never experienced this in all my 60 years of gardening. Of course, I get daily emails selling day lilies or other plants I don't want. My solution will be to let them know my frustrating experience and hope they won't misuse my personal and financial information. ******* organic vegetable farmer and ******************.

    Do not order from this place. Plant quality is not very good. Of the plants I received from them this spring, half of the plants are not what they are supposed to be. In fact at least three of them are the same variety, but not a variety that I ordered. They offered me credit, but what's the point if I cannot depend on getting the varieties I ordered.************

    You called and told us that 3 of the daylilies that you had purchased were incorrect. We apologized for our mistake and offered you credit for those that were wrong. You were pleased with that on the phone. Please contact us if you would prefer a different compensation.

    Do not order plants from them - customer service is terrible. They sold me a hosta that was not in stock. While they refunded me for the cost of the hosta I did not receive, they did not refund the shipping costs and refused to send me a different hosta even though I offered to pay the difference. It would cost more than I originally paid to obtain the same number of hostas. I wont order from here again.

    We are sorry that we had a crop failure on that hosta, unfortunately, we cannot control that. We refunded you the price you paid for that plant. The shipping charge that you paid, was for your entire order, which we shipped to you minus that one plant.

    I ordered many plants from this company This year. They all arrived packed well. My second order arrived packed well but one plant was dead. Email them pictures of the plant and they refunded my money within thirty minutes. Great company to work with!

    The 27 Hens and Chicks we purchased from Gilbert H. Wild were big and beautiful. I want to send out a shout out to the packing team. They were packed so well. Amazing job. We will enjoy these for many years to come! Very impressed.

    This is my experience. I had placed a fairly large order with ******* * ****. They had BOGO for $10 of “colorful Coneflowers” of which they would choose the color. The picture was of bright red, bright yellow, bright purple, bright orange. I guess I was wrong to assume that their choice of colors would be one of those shown in the picture. Wrong- what I got was the light pink/purple- basically what I call an old fashioned coneflower. On line, it is called Magnus. The full price of the Magnus is only $7.50. So, I did not even get BOGO as they were $5 each so they were only 1/3 off. When I emailed, they basically said - we said it was colors of our choice. Deceptive advertising. I did go back on the website to see if I could leave a review for “colorful coneflowers” and I noticed they have changed the picture to the pinkish colors. This tells me they know they are in the wrong. When I called, they were rude and said the same thing - colors of their choice. I will never order from this company again and neither should anyone else.

All labeled. Attracts butterflies and songbirds. Zones 3-8. #1 grade plant.**Note-item pictured may not be the same as the item you receive, our choice of color and variety**"We do not feel that this is false advertising. We told the customer that she was welcome to return the plants if she was not satisfied with them for a full refund, minus shipping charges.
