    Tonight after work a couple friends and I ran across town to the Argosy Casino. My friend ****** ******* is an Argosy Rewards member, had free play accrued on her account. As the evening progressed ****** realized she had misplaced her rewards card. She went to the customer relations counter to acquire another card or see if anyone had turned hers in. The young lady working the counter was extremely blatant and disrespectful! As ****** was explaining to our other friend that accompanied us to the casino; she needed to explain to the lady she just needed another rewards card... unfortunately she was not even able to finish her comment to our friend when the young lady behind the counter rudely remarked "No you do not have to explain anything to me. I'm trying to explain this to you" As the conversation progressed ****** was told to shut up. Then the female behind the counter said "Momma here take your ID I don't want to help you!" I'm a manager within the city, I do not know what business establishment allows their employees to talk to their customers, much less their supposed loyalty reward members in such a manner. This young lady working tonight was disrespectful! ****** was trying to get myself and our other friend to join the rewards program because until tonight she was very pleased with the Argosy. Personally from this experience I will not be returning to this establishment. In these trying times my hard earned money will be spent in an establishment where the proprietor appreciates their customers. All of this because our friend misplaced her card and just needed a new one. How sad! I just want to ensure management has been made aware of what their employee did this evening and the fashion in which she represented her place of employment. I wouldn't recommend this establishment to anyone!

    on 6/9/2024 I went to Argosy casino in Kansas City, MO I used the **** ****** website to load money into the slot machine. I got out 100 a time for 5 times, but I was charged 10 times. When I contacted my bank for a dispute, the casino refused to refund the money. I have attached the receipt that I had so you can see it on the timeline. I know I only took $500.00

    Negligence on the part of Argosy Casino to properly clear driveway and parking of ice, creating hazardous conditions for customers. The weather was below freezing; however, no adverse ongoing weather conditions had occurred that day and it was approximately 3:36 p.m. Maintenance crew had blocked the entrance creating a sudden traffic diversion. The driveway was not clear and was pure ice which caused my vehicle to veer directly into the concrete curbing due to the sloping of the payment and nearby drainage area. This caused severe damage to my vehicle and made it undriveable. This was witnessed by at least 3 maintenance crew members. I spoke with the security management on-site and showed him where it had occurred. He advised me not to walk any further due to the conditions and fear of further harm. Their failure to properly clear their facility for clients, especially when a "gaming promotion" is occurring (which entices people to be there), is unacceptable. I also filed a Riverside, Missouri police report. Argosy turned this over to their insurance company who denied the claim without justification or further explanations, which I personally requested as this was negligence directly on their part. Failure to provide an explanation of denial is equally unacceptable. I unnecessarily incurred significant damage to my vehicle, in additional to my personal out-of-pocket expense of $500 auto insurance deductible, and consequently, even with having an excellent driving record with my insurance company, my rate has now increased adding further frustration. My vehicle also had to be towed via a flatbed at it was undrivable and I was inconvenienced for weeks, months with my vehicle during multiple trips back and forth to the repair shop for further repairs and adjustments. This was completely unavoidable if they had properly maintained their facility. Backup correspondence attached. Complaint filed with MO Attorney General's Office.

    I found a bug on the towel I used to dry off. The previous night my boyfriend found a bug on the pillow I was sleeping on and we told the office staff and they dismissed our concern. Then then next night I found a bug on a bath towel that was in the room. The room was dusty and not cleaned at all. There was also a drop of something red in the bathroom on the floor when we got in the initial time.it smeared when one of us accidentally stepped on it with our shoes.
