5 starsWe can’t be happier with every aspect of Probuilt Pool and Patio. Their knowledge and professionalism confirmed we made the right choice having them put in our pool. There are so many options available and they took time to walk us through the options. All of their crews for each portion of the project are top notch. Our concrete walk and patio area are beautiful. After several months we still comment to each other how nice it turned out. We’ve had a pool for 30+ years at other homes and this one is the most beautiful and easiest to maintain. They are very responsive to questions as well. Their contract lays out the schedule of the construction and payment is made on those completed sections not up front. Cannot say enough good things about this experience. 5 starsProbuilt installed our pool and patio, completing it early this spring, just in time for an entire season of swimming! We are sadly remiss in reviewing them because we've been too busy having a blast enjoying it all summer!!! They are well-deserving of their BBB A+ Rating. We wish they performed every service a house could need, inside and out, as they are THE MOST reliable company we have EVER worked with while also being extremely polite, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire process, in every way possible. 5 starsMaking the decision to work with a contractor on such a large project cannot be taken lightly. You hear horror stories all the time about different contractors not completing work correctly (or at all for that matter). We spoke with numerous pool builders and decided to go with ProBuilt immediately after meeting with them. Eryn was very upfront about the entire process and put us at ease about any of our concerns. We knew that this project would take a while as production of fiberglass pools was backed up following Covid (it took about a year for the manufacturer to complete the pool and ship to ProBuilt). Once the pool was ready though and the ground began to thaw, it was all hands on deck. Joe and Junior worked like crazy to get the hole dug and ensure that everything was ready for the pool to be set. They always made themselves available to answer questions or provide little bits of advice too. The weather certainly didn’t want to cooperate with our timeline, so the whole process took a bit longer than we hoped it would, but that is no fault of ProBuilt’s. There were some other delays with the electrical work, but again, no fault of ProBuilt’s. Throughout the entire process, Eryn kept the lines of communication open and would always make herself available to answer our questions or provide an update on what was happening. Now that our pool is complete we couldn’t be happier and we know that we made the right choice!Review fromLeslie R

ProBuilt installed our inground fiberglass pool and built a screened in porch in 2021. They have been fabulous every step of the way, often going out of their way to ensure our satisfaction and enjoyment of our outdoor space. Recently, we had some difficulty getting our pool swim ready for summer .. they were there every step of the way and we will be enjoying the pool with our out of town guests this weekend! Chris, Shelley, Paige and all of the guys truly understand how important these investments are to a family and work to ensure that we get the full use of them. I appreciate their fabulous attention to detail in the install, but also how they stay engaged and are reliable partners in maintaining our investment.

4 starsI chose Probuilt Pool & Patio because of their knowledge of fiberglass pool installation . I couldn't be happier with the end result. We have enjoyed the pool and spa for the past few months and can’t wait to open it in the spring. 5 starsProbuilt Pools made our dreams of a backyard paradise come true!! The entire company is full of kind, courteous and talented people! A little patience is needed in any outdoor project and putting in a pool has specific parameters for install, and we wanted it done right! They also want the job done and done well. 5 starsWe were lucky to find Probuilt when we did. Loved the idea of having a pool but hated hearing all the horror stories of people not only waiting for them but it not being what they wanted in the end. Very few times have we taken on projects like this and had it turn out better than expected. I can tell you the way our pool turned out was better than we could have ever imagined. They are a great company and do a good job keeping in touch and aware of the process. The supply chain is still nuts so we had to wait for some things from time to time but that was not anyone’s fault just what it is w this crazy world. Chris is the owner and stays in touch through the process which is nice and does a great job on the training. The company does A LOT of pools. That being said, I was surprised to see how involved he was during the planning, deploying, and training phases. Looking back on it from beginning to end, I realized how much he cares about the quality of product he puts out. None of this can be done without great crews and that is all we had during the entire build. They worked so long and hard my family fed them dinner multiple nights bc they wanted to keep working. Lol. Refreshing to see in a world full of peeps that want more $ for doing less. To wrap it up, you should give this company a chance and just tell them what you want / need. If you prefer to use other contractors for certain phases they will work w you on it and bring it together in the end. Though I do t want to have to do another project like this anytime soon, if I did, my sales gal Eryn would be getting a call. She manages a lot of projects and was our main line of communication through the process. Would not be a five star review without all the key members at Probuilt doing what they said they would. Though not always at the exact time every time, it got done every time, and done well. Thank you Probuilt and hope you continue to grow in the STL market.Review fromAshley S
