  I chose Probuilt Pool & Patio because of there extensive knowledge of fiberglass pool installation . I couldn't be happier with the end result. From start to finish the process was laid out and executed as promised. I have several friends that are pool owners that have seen our pool and were very impressed by the quality and attention to detail that went into this install. If you are wanting a fiberglass pool, I highly recommend giving Probuilt a call. You will never enjoy your backyard more!

  I did a lot of research on pools and pool companies in the area, and visited several pools that were in various stages of completion. By far, the best pools and highest regarded pools were built by Probuilt Pools. From the owner Chris, to Shelley, Paige, Dallas, and the crews run by Alex and Alonzo, everything was done by true professionals and craftsmen. It only took about seven weeks from the time ground was broke until the pool was completed. Which, by itself was great but the quality of work done in and around the pool, including the stamped concrete was phenomenal! The prices for the pool and accessories were known in advance and i was not surprised by unknown fees. I don't typically provide feedback, but this is one company and team I strongly believe in. They install over 100 pools a year, the largest in the KC area. Don't be alarmed by their method of communication. They only work through email, not text primarily due to their number of clients. They do respond, and are true to their word. I highly Recommend Probuilt Pools!

  Probuilt put in a gorgeous pool in our backyard. They took on a project several others refused to touch. Eryn was outstanding in coordinating many things. When issues arose they kept their word to fix it quickly and ensure everything met their and my standards. Would use them again for another project

  Chris and his team transformed our backyard into a beautiful pool area. They were always up front with costs and we were updated weekly with the progress. We knew exactly what we were getting and it could not have turned out any better. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to turn their backyard into an oasis.

  Come to my home and see their work. Email me, all are welcome. ******.***** at yahoo.com ******** ********. 78 weeks. Not finished. Constant deflecting, evading, dissembling. Disappear for days, no resources at all in *********. Seventy. Eight. Weeks. Still. Not. Done. The owner's emails are quite something - he likes to insult you, denigrate you, ridicule you, mock your knowledge, while dodging responsibility and demanding money on pain of stopping work. Bottom line: COME AND SEE FOR YOURSELF. Don't take my word for it.

  We met with a few contractors before landing on Probuilt. We went with Probuilt because they were very responsive during the planning process and helped ** plan everything we wanted. The entire process was seamless and the crews doing the work were great to work with. We could not be happier with the final product. The pool, spa, water features and fire bowls all came out looking really good. Shout out to ****** who helped ** with all these additional features and getting them just right. Highly recommend!

  We signed a contract with pro-built on 2/25/22 and passed final inspection in April of 2023. We purchased the Aqua Technics Grandeur pool which is a good size (28) for our needs and was in-stock. I really like the twilight color that we picked, its a deep blue with lots of sparkle in the sunlight. We chose to go with an autocover which has pros and cons, it was a pain bringing in the cover pump when it was freezing and then making sure it was out when it was raining, but a big positive was that we did not have to replace our fence which was not tall enough per city code. I think we will appreciate the autocover when we are outside of the freezing months. ************* was excellent! They were professional and very efficient and worked extremely quickly once upon site. The pool was actually functioning by 8/22 without concrete. Team ****** came with concrete in October and lived up to his reputation as a concrete genius! He was great answering all of our concrete questions. We ended up with a stone stamped pattern in a desert ********** is the pattern that the ***** and ******* team recommended and it turned out very nicely.***** and **** have been good to work with and did not over-promise with regards to schedule. They were both very hands on and available for questions. Dates have been challenging to nail down based on weather and contractor availability so schedule flexibility is necessary. Extra props to Chrisdespite living in KC, he was on site frequently in St. ******* County, personally helping not only to winterize our pool before severe weather but also cleaning/opening our pool in time for a birthday celebration. Ultimately, Im very glad we chose Probuilt. The end result turned out great and we cant wait to share the results with friends and family!

  Thank you to the team at ProBuilt Pools For turning our backyard mud pit into a beautiful, relaxing pool area. We couldve never imagined how fabulous this would be once completed. Every project will likely have a few speed bumps. We encountered some of those due to weather. The team at Probuilt would immediately respond to any concerns and offered remedies as options. The end result was worth the wait. Thank you to the team for giving us a beautiful space.

  Probuilt just finished our pool and it looks fantastic! Hard to believe a dirt backyard can be transformed into such a beautiful area! It was so fun to watch the crane take it over our house! We chose Reef Blue 35 Imagine and we love the color. Our stamped concrete also looks fantastic. We couldnt be more pleased with the outcome. Our final piece will be the auto cover which should be ready soon. Thank you Probuilt and Their entire team!
