  I have this warranty and THEY ARE HORRIBLE. They simply do not want to pay for what is required. I drive a ******** my starter went out, they told the dealership to go to the parts store a buy the starter they found online for a cheaper price. Had an oil leak they would pay for the part but did not want to pay for the labor. Had an line messed up with my ac, guess what they only wanted to pay for the line but not all the other services that come with it. STAY AWAY

  Purchased extended warranty for $3,135.00. Never used the policy until the end of the 4th year when my transmission went. My car could not be driven. Carsure is located in ********. Company would not approve repair until an inspection by their adjuster. Transmission was not repairable. Dealership was told they would only pay for a used transmission. Transmission from junk yard was installed, but was defective and had to be removed. Carsure instructed dealership to get another junk yard transmission. Carsure would not pay for a re-manufactured transmission. Dealership said re-manufactured transmission would cost me $1715 over Carsure agreement to pay. , Car was at dealership for going on 6 weeks, I was paying $400 per week for a rental, not reimbursed by Carsure. I paid $1715 to have my car released to take home. Drove car 10 mins down the road and it broke down on a major highway going home. I am back renting a car at my expense. For the cost of the warranty and out-of-pocket expenses ($6,450), I could have paid for repair in full, saved over $2,000 and had my vehicle returned to me within a week.
