      I received mail from this company and they took my money and then when I had a problem with my jeep a few months later, they didnt cover anything that was wrong with my jeep that every other warranty company covers then when they started a claim. They asked me if I had the bill of sale they asked me when did I buy the vehicle? They asked me all these questions, but they never asked me none of these questions when they took my money and gave me the warranty from the beginning. After I gave them all the information and they gave me a claim number and then gave me the person I was supposed to go get my rental car from the next day they canceled the claim I had to pay for ************* they never told me anything they only told the dealership, and when I went to go cancel the subscription with these people they have attitude they dont want to help you they dont want to give you any information over the phone unless you do XYZ, I already told my bank to stop payment on this company and Im waiting to see if Im going to be reimbursed my money that I put down. This company is definitely fraud. This company is fraudulent. This company does not cover anything on your vehicle at all. Theyre just taking your money and running you through loopholes trying to figure out how they cannot pay for nothing its a hassle trying to get your money back, they should not be in business at all, they should be in jail.

      I have received over 15 calls from this "Motor Vehicle Services" from all different numbers. Every time they say the same things, "your current vehicle warranty has expired, did you receive the notice?" And then continue to say they have a ****** miles or 4 year extended warranty I can purchase. I have asked every time to be placed on the do not call list, but this seems to do nothing. It has been weeks of their calls. If they keep going after 30 days of me asking to be placed on their do not call list, I will take legal action. This is definitely a scam company.

      **********************!!!! I bought a plan from them and then when my transmission went out they wouldn't cover it because it had a rebuilt title so I tried to get a refund and they just won't give me it .after trying for 3 months they finally gave me a little bit but they are vary snoby to work with and treat you like dirt ****% would not recommend. I have never seen more false advertisement and bad customer service in 1 place in my life

      Operates under "Motor Vehicle Services". Definitely a scam. Sends out mailing notices that looks like tax document and has misleading advertising that makes it appear like the notice is coming from the dealer. **************** and management is rude when it becomes apparent that you are not going to purchase services. Drops calls on customers. Additional phone number is eight six six four two siz zero zero seven five (toll free). Listed address is *************************************************************************. Do not purchase services from here, this business is not legitimate.

      The only way to shut down a bogus business is to contact the ************************* They dont mess around. ****** go in and cease his computer and files. What his business is doing is a federal crime. Scamming people out of money.

      This would be zero stars but it is not offered. The representative was RUDE and tried to bully me into taking out a warranty that as reviews prove, is a scam. I was refused a supervisor and told I was raised poorly for asking where the company is located or how they got my information. THIS IS A SCAM!!! Read reviews!!!

      My father, who is 84 years old suffers from a medical condition which has forced my brother and I to manage his financial assets. He errantly purchased an extended warranty through this organization for $2,693. He received a direct mail piece and believed the extended warranty was required. When we discovered the credit to his bank account, we had the bank call and stop payment. Because of HIPAA Law, he did not have to disclose his medical condition however, they refused to refund his money, stating that his reasoning for canceling the policy was not acceptable. Subsequent attempts to reach this organization have been unsuccessful. We are seeking legal counsel to review both their refund policies and their direct mail strategy.

      Operates under "Motor Vehicle Services". Scammer ! Sent out a letter on a brand new vehicle claiming my factory warranty will soon expire. This appears to be a one man operation. When I tried to call the number as soon as it became apparent I wasn't going for the scam he hung up. When I called back he said he would charge me with harassment. This is after he is harassing many others after pulling records of auto sales and without even looking sending out these notices. His notice is made to look like it is affiliated with the dealer where I purchased the vehicle, but fine print says it is not. I merely wanted to discuss the business practice of sending this out on a brand new vehicle. I hope I don't get more notices, but as this guy won't talk to me, I have no way to turn this thing off rather than complaining here.
