  Well with all the negative reviews I have read I must include my review with Autoplex extended services. I signed up for coverage on my vehicle and due to personal issues I was forced to cancel my application after 5 days. I made one phone call to Autoplex and told them I had to cancel my coverage and within 4 days I received my initial payment of $495.00 without any question. So I thank you very much for being so understanding.

  Continue to get a postcard from this business, and there is no email contact information for a reasonable unsubscribe. This is harassment, and I don't think this business should be able to spam people with so many known prior complaints of this. I want an unsubscribe, and for them to be prosecuted for scamming and spamming. They are prying on people that don't have the right information about this company. They are pretending to be from the dealership. They should be put in jail

  Throw away any mail from these people. It is a scam and you will get scammed if you conduct business with them. I am currently trying to cancel my warranty with them and had to talk with my bank.

  This is a terrible business and needs to be shut down ***** AND ***** WERE BOTH disrespectful, and spoke to me as a women very rudely!!! I called back to cancel the warranty I started with them and their customer service instantly became RUDE!!!! ***** told me I’m making stupid decisions and ***** AND ***** BOTH kept asking me questions as to why I wanted to cancel the warranty. They told me I didn’t make sense, that I was confused, that someone is trying to persuade me to change my mind, that I’m spending more money with my dealership, that my dealership is taking my money and other very distasteful things!!! THEY ARE DEFINITELY A SCAMMER COMPANY!!! Unfortunately I gave ***** my card information but after the DISRESPECTFUL ENCOUNTERS I called my bank and got my account closed and asked for a new card. PLEASE SHRED ANY POST CARD THEY MAIL TO YOU!!! I’ve learned my lesson and hope this company is SHUT DOWN! SHAME ON THEM FOR SPEAKING TO A WOMAN SO DISRESPECTFULLY!!!!!! I repeat the two disrespectful ones were ***** AND *****!! THEY DESERVE ZERO STARS

  Rude, unprofessional, inappropriate, hateful on all levels. THIS INCLUDES MANAGEMENT! 1st person I spoke to called back and harrassed me after I hung up! These people should be in jail! ALL BECAUSE I ASKED IF IT WAS A SCAM!

  They lied to me. My car service company does not honor this plan, I was told by Autoplex , my car service company would honor this plan. Call to get a oil change was told never heard of this plan. Autoplex customer rep. irate and nasty. I called to cancel and was told to keep it,I told him to cancel this policy now and why do I need a car maintenance plan that does not benefit me. I feel liked I got *******.

  If I could give them zero stars I would. Fortunately I did not get scammed by this company, but shame on them for attempting to cancel the warranty I purchased through the dealership and sell me a very different warranty. The salesperson (scammer) was like a parrot and continued to say "well yes sir you called me", so I am not soliciting. I informed her they continue to send out unwanted mail that says to contact them immediately. I was contacting them to have them take my name and address out of their databank so the solicitation would stop. She wanted my vin # so she could get me set up with a plan that was part of their scam.
