    7/29/24 I called the number on this document sent to my home for extended warranty as my husband recently purchased a vehicle. The document says the name of the company is Eleras Group. They provided detailed information on what would be covered on the vehicle under this warranty. After i spoke with the person named "************************* and *******", they stated the amount of $199 would be the first payment, but that $183.17 in would be taken out monthly. Once I provided the information, I immediately checked my bank account. The vendor that showed on the statement said Homeprotect. I never spoke with this person/company about home insurance. I called the number back. They answered the phone with a totally different name. WHen I asked about the name of the company and why it showed something totally different on my bank account, they kept putting me on hold. I reported this to my bank as a fraudulent transaction.

    I'm tired of the daily phone calls from this company.. I have never had business with them or care to.. They continually call my phone and leave voice mails demanding payment for a policy protection plan that I don't have with them.. Everyday it's 3 or 4 or more times always a different number and then a different person leaving a message..What can I do to stop them??

    These people have predatory practices and I cannot get a hold of customer service. They sent me mail claiming that my warranty was expiring if I didn't activate it and pretended to be affiliated with my dealership. When I called, they blatantly lied to me over the phone and stated that I needed to pay $267 fee or I would lose my coverage. I was explicitly clear when I asked if further payments were due in the future for my coverage and they said no. I asked this question several times. Another LIE. They've enrolled me into an insurance contract without my knowledge. I only found this out when I call to further inquire and discovered that they enrolled me in a new insurance contract to make 18more payments for $5,000 without my knowledge. There was never any mention of a monthly contract. I NEED this policy canceled NOW and a refund issued! This is wrong and done without my consent and I never signed anything.

    I am receiving frequent, unsolicited mail from this company even when I move to a new state.

    This company continues to solicit via the mail as well as telephone in regards to a Spam scam vehicle service contract. When you ask them about the information they like to their teeth they transfer the phone amongst each other around the desk pretending to be managers this is truly poor staffing and management for this company

    This business will not stop harassing me about purchasing an extended vehicle warranty. I have received multiple letters over the past few months stating that an IMMEDIATE RESPONSE IS REQUESTED and that I am liable for repairs to my vehicle. My vehicle is a 2024 with only 2k miles. They are clearly trying to scare people into purchasing coverage that is unnecessary.

    No transaction Eleras group sent a letter with a misleading g header, and very detailed information on my transaction and new ***.It led me to believe this was from the *** dealership regarding activating my included warranty, of a 3rd party warranty.I believe they should stop sending misleading mail.*********************

    Can not get in touch with this company. The message says called after business hours and to call back during them Monday thru Friday 8 am to 7 pm central time and I've called for days at all those hours and it just has the same message and no way of speaking to a person. I've tried every number and email and text with no avail.

    This company sends our mail under the pretense that they are ****** and related to the dealership with a letterhead and my car's VIN number. They proceed to not disclose to ever mention that they are not ****** on mail or through the phone. They say the extended warranty offer is expired and that the whole thing is time sensitive. The mail says "the factory warranty has expired" which is not true because our warranty and coverage is still valid as the vehicle is leased. They press you to buying their product which is just insurance. When I started to express uncertainty and saying that I could not make the purchase because I needed to review it with my husband the sales person on the phone proceeded with the purchase and did not listen to me, saying well you have 30 days to cancel. I had to call back to cancel because the sales person would not listen to me.

    This company keeps harassing me, about an unsolicited warranty. I don't know them. And, it appears to be a bunch of foreigners. Who shouldn't have ANY of my, personal info. I want them to delete ALL of my info, stop contacting me, do not share my, personal info. ASAP.
