    I signed up for a policy with this company but they never disclosed how much the policy would be monthly. They are now charging me $200 a month and will not let me close out the policy. I have requested to close out the policy numerous times and they refuse and try to coerce me into keeping the policy.

    Received a Miss-leading/fraud official looking mail stating response to this notice requested Immediate response requestedTrying to rope folks into signing up for unnecessary extended auto warranty

    This company claims "Official Business" and displays "Penalty for Private Use $300" on their letter to me. They are obviously a private business and by using this are suggesting they are a government business. The name of the company is not even listed and there is no return address so that I can write to them to stop sending me this mail. They should pay the US government 300 bucks for every scam letter they have sent out.

    I purchased a automobile contract with Eleras and later that day found out that I was already covered with ******* so I called and canceled my contract with Eleras and they refunded my payment that same day and I was called back by Eleras and told that my contract was not canceled and they called several times telling me that I still have to pay because my contract was not canceled.

    Eleras Group sent me a solicitation letter I received on 5/15/2024. I called the number and spoke to a gentleman. I told him to please take me off their mailing list. He began to argue with me saying this was impossible. Ive never done any business with this company in my life. I told him I was on the **** do not mail list and that his company needed to update and cross reference their mailing list. He still refused to take me off.

    Literally recieved 10 of these letters in the last 6 months and everyone that I have spoke to at the business has told me they would have it removed.

    Auto vehicle coverage was offered. Insufficient information was given during the time of purchase to allow loop holes for coverage denials. When I asked the company to make it right, current situation was considered pre-existing and nothing could be done.

    It seems the oversize tires, were the reason for the denial. When you called in to speak to our customer service agent he asked  if you wanted to pay the surcharge on the account for the oversize tires. He got your rate to a very reasonable amount but you requested cancellation of this account. If the surcharge had been paid your claim would not been denied.

    I received this notice on 4/24/24. The notice is intentionally misleading and difficult to discern if it is from the vehicle manufacturer. It claims to be time sensitive and asked for my VIN and mileage. I want my name and address taken off of this company's mailing list.

    I had gotten a new car my first car ever back in 2022 around may of 2023 I was getting mail and phone calls from Eleras group saying my cars warranty was up and to renew it with them my girlfriend called and they had said that the vehicle needed to have a warranty so I got one not knowing what it was as well as finding out my car still had its original warranty so I had been paying $120 every month while struggling to make ends meet that money could have been used for food and other necessities in total Im out of around $2000 from paying for something I didnt even need I called an canceled and was also billed twice after that

    I been paying eleras about 170 dollars a month and my car needed repairs that were covered but they did not cover my repairs and delayed giving help.
