    I have a contract (FAC 100 129) on my 2015 Chrysler Town and Country. It was good when my car broke down with transmission problem. I took the contract with ******* miles and broke at ******* miles. The contract was in place for more than 30 days so Im told Im covered without the maintenance record for the ******* mile service. I showed 2 years regular maintenance on the car. But the ******* occurred sometime after 10/2020 when I was traveling and I cant find it. But I was told that should not matter. Pictures of transmission was sent to their claim department. Ive been without my car now over 3 months.

After review, it looks like your claim with the Administrator on your policy was opened and started however it was then closed after 60 days due to not receiving the transmission service records that the claims department requested. We would be more than happy to assist you in reopening your claim on the vehicle's repairs if you are able to provide the required maintenance records.     Dear BBB please make sure my ************* are not given to this company I have called ************ Secure Automotive Protection in ** Which seems to be the same as Emulate Auto ************ And or American Auto Shield in ******** ************ All three have been harassing me none stop and have not only refused to leave me alone but have multiplied their efforts with fake check looking like letters, fake bills and so forth in an effort to get me to buy into their services for auto warranty It is beyond annoying and I've had it and I am ask the BBB to help me to investigate the company or companies and to expose them for their business tactics and collaborate with *** and Auto Enforcement of ****** and other states to get on them for their practices.

After review, it looks like Secure Automotive Protection mailed an advertisement to you for coverage on your vehicle, however, we have not spoken to you according to our records. Secure Automotive Protection does not do any outbound marketing, therefore, there would be no way Secure Automotive Protection would have your personal information unless you called us and provided it to us. We have taken the initiative to put you on the DO NOT MAIL list for future offers from Secure Automotive Protection, however, we cannot access any other companies information regarding their marketing.     Can&#**;t get a hold of anybody ,always busy, want to cancel my policy

    Hello, 

    I am sorry to hear that you had a hard time getting ahold of the customer service team to help you with your request to cancel the policy. After review it looks like you called into the ********************** on 5/1/24 to cancel. They informed you they cannot cancel and provided you with the customer service number to where your request may be handled. Then on 5/14/24 you called into customer service to complete your request and the phone call was disconnected in the middle of the cancelation process. Our customer service team then proceeded to call you back for several days until we got ahold of you again on 5/20/24. Then again the line was disconnected in the middle of the cancelation process. Your policy with us is now terminated as of 5/29/24 due to us not being able to get ahold of you to finish the cancelation process. In addition the down payment you processed on 5/1/24 was refunded back to your account.
