    Have been receiving notices about a 2015 Chevrolet Equinox L which I've never owned. Today I received a temporary id card for this vehicle which included my Name, Address, and a Customer ID. As soon as I started to the company to question this they simply hung up.

    This company should be shut down immediately! They thrive on Deceptive business practices. They prey on people the way they develop the look and language in their documents. Then they make it next to impossible to make and obtain any claim.

    The 1st rep I simply asked, where do you get your information from? Had a problem right from bat and then turned into a s*** show of attitude. Then finally they hung up on me after 2 mins of no attitude towards them to start woth. I called back and spoke to someone who explained me to nicely about how they get it. Was nice and gave them the info to be removed, but god **** ***. You should be fired from that company after that ******** you did to me. Youre a disrespectful a******

    ****BEWARE**** OF THIS COMPANY!! Received an "urgent and time sensitive" notice about my vehicle that has two temporary cards that look just like my insurance cards. This is a VERY shady way to do business. They use scare tactics to deceive people into taking your money.

    Very shady mail campaign. I would never do business with people who advertise like this. The "urgent" and "official" document is obviously meant to trick less savvy people.

    Predatory mailing tactics. Personal information is sent to you in an attempt to make you think you purchased extended warranties for your car. Shady business practices.

    Have been receiving notices about a Cadillac CTs 2019 which Ive never owned. Today I received a temporary id card for this vehicle. Please people dont fall for this nonsense. Too many bad people who want to scam you.

    You somehow received information that I owned a particular car, gained access to my address, and attempted to sell me a warranty via mail when I already have an extended warranty. You should not be able to do this. I was informed this is a scam, and senior citizens like me are often vulnerable victims. Thank You, ** *********************
