    Contracted to rehab a duplex from studs to a finished project. Was to text/email pictures with progress reports weekly. So the pictures stopped coming, yet the progress reports were always great. "Hvac...this week as well", "plumber...starting tomorrow. He'll ...knock out all the plumbing in the whole property.", "My electricians...starting today ...the electric finished by mid next week", "Doors are being put in", "Electric will be complete this week", "Plumbing will be complete", & "Hvac and all framing will be done".He oddly always could not meet us at the duplex.Finally we went to the duplex when they were starting to drywall. Our jaws hit the floor. At this point we had paid him ~172K. But nothing was correct or finished.Electrical: - Switches for door lights where the door had been removed.- Lights with 12ga - Outlets with 14ga - Hidden noncovered junction boxes - Open wires in walls and ceiling - Old *********** wires - No wired smoke detectors or door bells - Bedrooms didn't have lights or fan Plumbing:- Used CPVC vs PEX - Auto-******* used instead of vent pipes. Buried in the walls and below flood level.- No tie downs - Vent & drain pipes just cut off under wall footers.- Vent pipes ceiled off with rubber stopper - Drain pipe dropping at 6" every 4ft.- Bathroom vents not vented - Holes in bottom 2" of floor joists HVAC - Upstairs HVAC was put in the hallway going out to the patio. I could open the door by 18".- Instead of putting both units in the basement as before this was the their plan.- Supply ducts going down the hallway into the rooms above the door. And planned to use one return vent above the stairs???Insulation:- Pulled out about 1/3 of the R-30 insulation in the ceiling.- Didn't put any insulation in Framing:- bowed 2x2 put up against the walls, but were not connected to walls. So they push in and out.Drywall:- ~60% of the time they used 1/4" drywall. Code is 1/2" walls & 5/8 on ceilings. Windows:- Not replaced

    Came out during a big storm to tarp over the roof and stop the leak. Found the source, took pictures, explained what was.causing the leak and offered an affordable and fair quote for the repair. Highly recommend!

    We had a great experience with this company! The communication was very, very good and we dont always get that with contractors. Everything ******* said was exactly what happened. No surprises. The timeline was spot on and even began earlier than predicted. The concrete looks great and we would recommend this company and will go with them in the future for other projects.

    ****** and his crew did everything he told me at the signing they got there on time and everything was cleaned up and organized and looking beautiful by the time they got the project done I would recommend him to anyone getting concrete poured does amazing work
