    Absolutely horrible unprofessional service. The game truck was scheduled to arrive at 3 PM because of their late arrival the children were unable to load the truck until about 330. From the window of our home, we could see the owners/couple arguing and fighting on the truck with the children inside. 5 to 15 minutes into the children, playing the female owner, cut off all the TVs and instructed all the children to get off of the truck. When the adults asked, why were the children asked to leave the male owner informed us that the female owner thinks my cousin or myself were in relationship with the male owner. We are both married women and had never seen either of them before we were only looking for a good time for my sons birthday! Since then, the female owner has made several false accusations, completely made up, lies and stories of things that did not occur at the party that they ruined. This company should not only be shut down, but they should never be around other peoples children. They are unprofessional, irresponsible, neglectful, insecure, and unstable. They never apologize. My deposit was not refunded, and she even began sending threatening text messages because of the honest reviews that was made on their company. I urge everyone to never book game time mobile.

    Disappointing Service and Lack of Communication I hired GameTime Mobile Entertainment for an event on September 8th, 2024, and unfortunately, the experience was far below expectations. The agreement we made in February clearly stated that two gaming trucks would arrive by 6:00 p.m. for setup, ensuring everything was ready for our 7:00 p.m. event. However, the team did not arrive until 6:40 p.m., and only one truck showed up initially. The second truck didnt arrive until well after 7:00 p.m., which caused significant delays in ******** a result, our event was delayed, leaving over 400 guests waiting while the equipment was still being set up after the scheduled start time. This was incredibly disruptive and frustrating, and the situation was made worse by the fact that the trucks idling caused complaints about diesel fumes in the venue.On top of this, despite being told we were the only event for the day, it was clear that GameTime Mobile Entertainment had been overbooked, and our event was not given the attention it deserved. There was no sense of urgency to fix the situation, and communication was lacking throughout the entire experience. With our event being the 3rd for the day many of the controllers were not charged and ready for guest to use.I reached out to GameTime Mobile Entertainment multiple times following the event to request a refund for the services that failed to meet our expectations, but none of my emails or attempts to resolve this issue were answered. After weeks of being ignored, its clear that this company has no intention of making things right.I cannot recommend GameTime Mobile Entertainment based on my experience. Their lack of professionalism, poor communication, and failure to deliver what was promised has been disappointing. I would advise anyone considering their services to look elsewhere.
