      ***** was great. Although I ended up not needing repairs he gave me some great feedback on how to extend the life of the roof. Appreciate his honest response about the roof and going the extra mile to make suggestions.

      EXCELLENT WORKMANSHIP. QUALITY, ASSOCIATES,RESPONSIVENESS, and CUSTOMER SERVICE!
      While vacationing, had storm damage to roof. Received Guaranteed Roofing and Contracting contact, *******, from an associate who uses them, lucky to have found them. Had several phone conversations with ******* and he covered the hole in roof immediately to avoid problems with upcoming rainstorm.
      I knew we needed new gutter guards, and ******* provided info and costs to do the whole roof with new guards. This was all accomplished via phone calls.
      ******* provide photos of all projects showing excellent workmanship.
      I can highly recommend this company!

      I don’t have one complaint for Guarantee & Contract or owner *******. ******* was great to work with. He was very accommodating and kept me informed of any changes or who was coming out and time. I have to say he was a breath of fresh air in doing what he actually said he was going to do; you just don’t find that anymore these days. I called countless painters and either I didn't hear back from them, or they called and told me no they weren't interested. They didn't want to paint a small bathroom. His painters did a wonderful job. They were professional and fast.
      We were having an issue with a piece of siding coming off and ******* was so nice saying he would fix it for us. We are seniors and live in a senior community so I told him to wait I would let the homeowner's association know that he was willing to fix it (we live in a villa) and if they want him to fix it to let me know by end of the week or get the person who does handyman stuff to fix it. The handyman was told several times about our siding, and he was a no show, but amazedly after telling them I would have some else do it and charge the association he shows up the same day and finally fixed it.
      If I ever need anything to be done, I would definitely call Guarantee & Contract. I can’t recommend them enough, so if you want or need something done from roofing and/or remodeled contact them.
