    1) Accepted proposal for new residential solar system to include 17 Hoymiles model 350 micro-inverters. 02/09/2024 2) Signed contract for said installation, still including 17 Hoymiles model 350NT micro-inverters. 02/29/2024 3) Sunsent submitted an application to Ameren to improve installation of that system, including 17 Hoymiles model 350NT micro-inverters.4) Ameren approved, based on those design specs. 03/05/2024 5) Sunsent submitted plans/schematics to ****************, detailing in text and in schematic form the intended installation of 17 Hoymiles model 350NT micro-inverters. 03/15/2024 6) **************** approved and issued a permit, based on those design specs. 03/25/2024 7) Sunsent installed on 04/09-10/2024.8) Upon my being able to access the Hoymiles app I found that they had installed ONE of the agreed/approved micro-inverters and four of another model altogether. (1500NT) 04/11/2024 9) I contacted Sunsent asking for an explanation for installing equipment that bore no relation to the contract or St. Louis County plans/permit and Ameren application. 04/11/2024 10) Their response was that they quote/contract/submit Ameren and St. Louis County plans for one thing but take it upon themselves, on the day of install, to decide what they deem "best" and do whatever they like without saying a word to the customer or submitted revised plans to Ameren or the County.Due to their actions I have an invalid County and Ameren permit/approval. What they installed exceeds the capacity Ameren approved. This may well result in future warranty/homeowners claim/Ameren issues. Regardless this is not what I contracted for. (And cost them half as much in equipment - per two online DIY sites that sell both models - and <1/3 labor/time. (5 micro-inverters vs. 17)They have not responded to any further attempts at written communication.
