    Why won’t this company call me back?
    I spent over 30k in 2024 with Sunsent and now they are avoiding me. I called Sunsent in January for service; I spoke to 3 different people. They all told me someone would call me back, but they haven’t. It is now March. I called another company and they were out the following week. I guess Sunsent just does installs. I was told different. I am so disappointed.
    They put me on the back burner when installing the generator, just left me hanging for several months, I wrote an unfavorable review when I could not reach them to finish that job, but removed it since you had finally made time to complete the job. I had to wait 5 months before they finally finished installing the generator.
    I know now that this is NOT a good company to do business with.

    This company has been extremely impressive! I've had missfotune of a solar company going under before completion. Since, has been nightmarish. Last repair needed, Sunsent Solar's tech **** got me set up whete panels were ayleast assisting, while i awaited a switch needed for power cell. **** returned today to install and, once again, im back to 100%. **** has taught me more, shown me more, and re-i stalled my confidence in this system. As a former service mgr, your technician **** is an incredibly strong asset,& great tech for a young man! Thank you again, Sunsent!! Great service. Great technician! **** went beyond expectations and, would be great teacher as well..Thank you again!

    The alleged business failed to show up to three appointments! On the third attempt, I received an email 15 minutes before claiming that they could not locate the provided address. Apparently, the rep and service agent are not capable of using the Internet or copying and pasting the provided address. Instead, they misspelled the street name and claimed to be unable to locate my 9k sq residence. Absolutely incredible! I wouldnt trust them to put a solar panel on a dog house! Buyer Beware!
