    It started in December 2022, I moved into my apartment; during that first week it was -6 degrees out and my heater wasn't working. The onsite maintenance people told me that they couldn't do anything and suggested I should "bundle up". Even though I had a 1 year old child. Since then I have had them out to look at my HVAC unit at least twice a month. They are very unconcerned, and often talk down to me. I have called the Fire Marshall and they are coming out to check the wiring in the apartment, because I feel that I have ran out of options. A friend recommended I file with y'all as well. Also my electricity bill is double to triple what my neighbors are. And when I brought it up to the property manager, she just offered a $100 ledger off my rent for this month. The professionalism is lacking, and I just feel as if they belittle me for being a single mom. Honestly, that's just the simple version.

    Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. 
    We have reviewed your work orders and noted a furnace issue back in 2022. 
    Additionally we have noted some a/c work orders this cooling season.  As I
    am sure you are aware, HVAC systems are complex and have many moving
    parts.  In reviewing your work orders, there has been a different
    challenge each time.  However, these have been addressed in a timely
    manner.  In reviewing your account *** did apply a $100 concession for
    your account for the challenges you have dealt with.

    *** and her team have consistently received rave reviews for
    their customer service.  However, it appears they missed the mark in
    addressing your concerns.  We have addressed communication styles with the
    team.  Again, thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention.
