    Terrible communication skills when any changes come up. Absolutely would not recommend any to ever move into these apartments. They will continue raising your lease each year. They will increase your month to month lease by at least a third of your current lease price. They believe leaving a letter on the door with sensitive information is okay, with no concerns of renter’s privacy. They will mislead you on lease policy and say you must put things in writing for 60 days prior but they can drop outta the blue and say you must sign this agreement in 30 days or else you will be charged a penalty. You can never view what your lease payment is until the 1st. They say you only have 1 day to pay your rent or your charged a $75 fee. Terribly ran property management. They also force you to pay a utility fee of $50 a month but you actually pay your own utilities. It makes no sense. There are pot holes everywhere and the street lights are always broken. Save yourself some headaches and look at renting at a different location

    1.Mailboxes being broken into possibly inside job.2. Female resident violently attacked on premises with a baseball bat recieving serious injuries. ***************** failed to assist the victim and did not provide medical or give aid to her.3. Catalytic converter stolen on premise parking.On site cameras non operable.Illegal towing of vehicles without Penal Code signage posted.Failure to provide security for tenants and violations to tenants.On-site personnel should not live on site unless they provide service after hours.Cameras finally installed however the damages have been done. Legal counsel is highly recommended to recoup damages and medical bills.The property is RESPONSIBLE for all of the above ....
