I don’t know where this charge is coming from. Tally was a service I used that then transferred my loan elsewhere without notice and no paperwork

My account was originally a loan with ****** ** ******* ***** with a monthly payment program. This was loan was bought out by SST and since then, I've called them several times in a 13 month period to fix these issues: My payment plan was around $100 a month with ****** and SST was trying to tell me it was over $200. Then, after proving this, they never fixed this in the system. My credit reports are all saying that they have closed my account and that I am behind on payments even though I have been making all of my payments on time. Today, I talked to someone who said she couldn't even see the document that I signed for my payment plan to be the same as what it originally was with ******. After 30 minutes, she found but told me no one did anything with this document. After the call she was not able to assist me.

A General Timeline: - My account was transferred to SST from ****** on December 11, 2023 - I requested to to keep my payment program that I was originally on with ****** on Jan 8th, 2024 - I signed the document on Feb 02, 2024

When they transferred my loan to SST, SST called me every day to tell me to make a payment even though I already did. They also kept emailing me. During the first few months, I called almost daily to get them to stop calling me and to fix my account. I also have signed documents that were asked of me for the payment program, I have made all of my payments on time, and I have recieved zero communication from SST about resolving the issues that I've expressed since December 2023. It i's January 2025 and I am still seeking them to make me whole again. To me, I have given you well over a reasonable amount of time to fix the problems.

We’ve completed our review of the account in question and found the following:
On May 26, 2022, ****** **** signed an agreement for a ****** ** ******* ***** loan (“the Contract”) financing $6,000.00. According to the Contract, *** **** agreed to make 36 monthly payments of $202.13, beginning on June 26, 2022. On or about December 9, 2023, the Account was assigned to Systems and Services Technologies, Inc. (“SST”) for servicing.
At the time of servicing transfer to SST, the Account had a balance of $3, 604.81.
Further review of the account, history indicates an ongoing Long Term Assistance Program (LTAP) inquiry dating back to the date of transfer. We identified there was a delay in the LTAP enrollment process, which as communicated early last week via a phone call with one of our managers, we are working on a resolution. We apologize for any inconvenience, but rest assure, we will be contacting you for further updates and assistance when allowed.

      Complaint: ********

I think it’s great that those tasks are planned to be taken but it has been over a year. I have also been told everything will be taken care of within 7-10 days, every time I’ve called over the year. Not just on Jan 15, but previous times as well.

How can one be anymore patient than what I have given? Also, as you said, I have completed the LTAP agreement, so therefore I deserve a copy of it at the very least. While, yes I would like everything to be resolved right now but at the very least the response I deserve is a copy of the LTAP agreement that I signed. That would suffice while I stay patient.

Please send me the LTAP agreement that I signed and give me a timeframe for which all the other tasks will be completed. I can be patient if you can at least do this.

      Sincerely,

      ****** ****

I have a debt that transferred from ****** ******* *****. I have never been delinquent on my contractual agreement paying a monthly payment of $314. In July of 2024, I was offered a reduced payment of $160 a month by Systems Services and Technologies through a long term assistance program, LTAP. I electronically signed the agreement and have made the payment every month since then and have never been delinquent. However, that agreement has not been updated to my account and I have been reported late, past due to the credit bureaus over 120 days past due. I have called on a weekly basis and the response I get is they are working on updating it and has been added to a tracker. I am not sure what else to do. I have made all the payments yet it hasn’t been accurately reported to the credit bureau. Please help.

I had to send this company a check for $264.64 because for some reason they don't accept credit or debit cards to pay. I sent the letter on December 20th, its now January 4th and even though I got a text message from them about a week ago, they haven't taken any of the money from my account and are still saying that I owe them that $264.64.

In September we received notification that ***** was going to transfer loans to this company. They said that we would receive a letter and that it would have all of our account information, payment information, etc. We never received any information. My wife called today to see if she could get the account information so that we could set up automatic payments. They gave her the account information and told her that the balance due was $234. She went to make an online account and they stated that this account could not be serviced online and she would need to call. She called back and they stated that they were selling the account to someone else but couldn't tell her who. They said that they don't know yet who it is going to and refused payment. So instead of setting up payments or being able to service the loan they said that they still have the loan but that they won't accept payment and they will sell it off to someone else. They gave my wife all of the account information without speaking with me. This seems like a scam as the person she spoke with had a hard time providing a mailing address or even a city where the business is located. I am sure this is on my credit now as a failed payment. This will only get worse as they are continuing to deny taking my payment.

On August 31, 2020, I was approved for a $7000 hybrid loan from ******. $4000 available immediately and $3000 in a locked savings account(held by Cross River Bank) available after paying off the loan. On May 2022, I receive a communication stating that my loan has been taken over by SST. I kept making my payments on time. On September 15, 2024 I decided to pay off my loan and sent a check for the pay off balance. SST deposited the check on September 26, 2024 and told me to wait 15 business days to request transfer of my funds held in savings account. I made my first request on October 18, 2024. Waited 5 business days, but no funds were transferred. I tried this 3 more times and no transfer came along. When called SST states that my transfer is being rejected by the recipient bank(******* ******* ****** *****). We did a three way call with *** to figure out and they mentioned clearly that they were not rejecting or canceling the transfer. So I tried a 4th time, it failed again. This time SST mentioned that it could be because *** is a small bank and they are not accepting transfer. I tried a 5th time again, this time used my **** ** ******* account for the transfer on December 12, 2024. Today is December 17, 2024 and I was told that the transfer is being denied by my bank. Is BOA a small bank now? All along, SST wants me to set up a three way call with my bank but never once have entertained my ask of talking to ***** ***** ***** This has gotten to a point where I have to take another loan to help with my holiday expenses defeating my purpose of not wanting to have loans and close this to begin with. As of today SST/***** ***** **** owe my $3009.36. Please know that SST has no ownership in this account and does not purchase loans; it is merely the servicer. Having researched this matter, please be advised of the following:
On July 31, 2018, you, ********* *******, signed an agreement for a Marcus by Goldman Sachs loan (“the Contract”) financing $12,000.00. According to the contract, you agreed to make 36 monthly payments of $433.76, beginning on August 31, 2018.
On or around December 9, 2023, the account was assigned to SST for servicing and a transfer letter sent advising of the new servicer. Consumer permission is not required for transferring loan servicers. The creditor was not changed by the transfer of servicing.
At the time of servicing transfer, the Account had a balance of $11,053.44. Review of the payment history confirms brief and sparse payments made on August 31, 2018, October 31, 2018, December 7, 2018, and January 16, 2019. Validation of Debt has been sent separately.

      Business Response

      Date: 10/30/2024

In response to the consumer's rebuttal response, please note:

      1. There is no contract between SST and *** *******.  SST represents the creditor, Marcus by Goldman Sachs.  This in no way changes the obligation *** ******* has on his account.

      2. SST will not be modifying any credit reporting at this time.  Note further, that SST has not independently credit reported on this account, at any rate.

Note this account is currently outsourced to a lawfirm, ******* * ********** - for potential lawsuit on the underlying claim.  We would encourage *** ******* to contact them with any further issues.

      Customer Answer

      Date: 11/04/2024

As seen on this screenshot, it specifically states SST REPORTED Nov. 30, 2023. Contrary to the reply given by them stating they are not on my credit report. Furthermore the debt has been charged off as bad debt and sent to collections.  I.E. the debt has been sold to this company.  They purchased the debt and that has nothing to do with my contract with the original creditor. In conclusion I have no contract with this company. I have no obligation to them. Cease and desist any and all attempts to collect anything from me.  And get off my credit reports as you are on them.
