My loan at Goldman Sachs was taken over for servicing by SST in December 2023. I am multiply disabled with multiple overlapping functional disabilities, but I was able to make all my payments at Goldman Sachs without trouble since I had researched and chosen their loan based on how their site was extremely accessible to me.

SST Servicing has still failed to provide me with basic ADA accommodation requests since I first made a request in December 2023. There are full details below, but in summary, this is what I require:
      1. Removal of ALL derogatory marks on my credit report, as the only reason I haven't paid is because I'm being denied ADA accommodations.
      2. An document/web view accessible to -me- to review my statement, after which I will gladly pay *full* payoff amount, either through an accessible payment portal or another means accessible to me.

//A full description of the basic access requested//

Communication and informational option(s) that let me:
      1. Review my bill in an accessible way. The site is inaccessible. Also, I cannot read black-on-white text so paper statements don't work, and I cannot hear properly on phone calls to ensure accuracy.
      2. Pay my bill in an accessible way. The site is inaccessible. I cannot pay by phone as I cannot confirm details due to auditory difficulties. I can send in a check by snail mail, but that would require accurate an accessible way to review my bill, per the previous point.

Note: Please note that per the ADA, it is illegal to require someone to provide their own interpreter or helper. Several recent lawsuits have confirmed this basic right.

There is no resolution until the derogatory marks are removed. It is only derogatory because you have violated the ADA, which also means you are violating FTC rules.

I had a personal loan through ******. In March of 2024 SST started either started handling or bought my loan. When this happened, I made payment to SST. In May of 2024, I was in the process of buying a house and the bank paid off my loan, and I made a regular payment on my loan. Hence, my loan was overpaid by apparently 915.78. My record actually show that the account was overpaid by 969.74. Either way, it is now 6/17/2024. I have yet to receive my refund. They are 1st of all collecting interest on my money. I actually would like to be paid the interest as well as my money owed.

SST has no ownership in these accounts nor does it purchase loans; it is merely the servicer.

We’ve completed our review of the account in question and found the following:

      On January 26, 2022, ***** ******* signed an agreement for a ****** ** ******* ***** loan (“the
Contract”) financing $30,500.00. According to the Contract, *** ******* agreed to make 36 monthly

At the time of servicing transfer, the Account had a balance of $12,718.17 and was due for the December
26, 2023 payment. Multiple payments were made on the Account since the transfer. The last payment
of $9,198.20 was received on May 3, 2024. This left a credit balance of $915.784 due to *** *******.

Please know there is normally a 15-day clearing period for a final payment before any funds are released.
It may also take 3 to 5 business days to complete the funds transfer and get the Account completely

My original personal loan was transferred from ************** to SST and I made the final payment in full on 5-7-24. SST told me that it would take 15-20 business days for the account to fully close and for near $900 in overpayment to be refunded to me. I called on the 15th business day and the 20th business day. I called on 6-7-24 and 6-8-24 and spoke with two different supervisors "****** and *****" and both said the same thing which was that they had no control over the closing department but would escalate the request for the account to close and the money to be refunded. My resolution is for the account to be closed, the credit bureau to be updated, and the money returned.

I had taken out a personal loan in 2020, over the phone with Goldman Sachs, and the interest rate was already high with a 774 Credit Score. No matter, I've made consistent, automatic payment withdrawals, and then found out my loan was sold a few months ago to SST. I've contacted them a few times regarding a payoff amount, and they would give me a number higher than the actual remaining amount, and was still including the interest for 15 months remaining, within my payoff! I have asked for a return phone call back, and the poor girl, with whom I was speaking with was unable to understand my question, or the mathematics involved. On hold numerous times, past and present, no answers, told I am going to receive a call back from a managing supervisor, no one calls back, office closed. Etc! These people are not honest or forthcoming, and I would never want this group handling my finances as they have had a horrible reputation in the past, as this has happened with this company before, in the 90's. I want to pay the balance left in full in the amount, which actually should be $4105.00! Thank you for any assistance in this matter.

This debt collector engaged in abusive, deceptive, and unfair practices of the FDCPA which it prohibits. They furnished this account that we didn't agree upon and I didn't sign an agreement on. A legal contract is signed by two parties and I did not participate in any of it. More so, they didn't follow the proper procedure in notating my dispute of the account, which is a direct violation of 15 USC ********, which makes this unfair practices. According to the FDCPA I’m entitled to 1,000 dollars per violation and clearly they violated my rights.

I demand this company to delete this account from all 3 credit reporting agencies and compensate me for the violations or I will have no choice but to forward this to my litigation attorney who has advised me that the fact that they didn’t notate my account on my credit report as “consumer disputes” as a violation that I am able to sue them under.

I had two vehicles taken to this business to have car windows tinted. 4 months later the tint peeled off on the Honda Civic ($275). At first, they were going to honor the lifetime warranty but then i discovered problems with the other vehicle's window tint as well. I paid $175 for the GMC Acadia. Both were not tinted to the exact specifications as requested. lighter than supposed to be. Managment was very rude and I asked for a refund and did not feel comfortable taking my care there. I sent the photos requested and have not had any response since May 10, 2024. I would like a full refund to go somewhere else that can fix the problem.

SST refuses to give answers on where my $1354.00 money is. They continue to lie and blame the bank. I have spent all week attempting to get answers. They put me on hold for over an hour, customer service tried to make excuses that they know nothing. Yet they provided a receipt of my payments. This was a borrow and grow loan that I paid in full April 4th, 2024. The receipt also from April 24, 2024 States I had to wait another 2-3 business days. Meaning my funds should have been in my checking account on April 26, 2024. It’s now May 3rd. They won’t even confirm if the ACH payment was started. I want my overdraft fees of $ 75, plus interest of $ 68 and a $ 60 penalty in addition to my $1354 they owe me. For a total of $1557 due today May 3rd 2024. If deposit is not received today a daily fee of $ 6.00 will be accessed and owed to me from SST.

Same complaint as most on here. Loan transferred from ******* ***** with no knowledge. I was near the end of my loan so I only had a few payments due to them. My first payment with them was Dec 2023. 3 payments were made and not reported to credit bureau. I had to call and info then suddenly info changed on credit report from ******* ***** to SST. Balance was paid on 3-6-24 for the payoff amount on their site. Next day, interest was added for .09. I called because of their mistake and they made me make a payment for .09! Told me it would be reported to credit bureaus mid March. Had to call at the end of the month. Asked for payoff letter which was sent and said would notify credit bureaus asap. Today is May 1 and nothing! Every phone call has been rude like you are inconveniencing them and also they tell you that is for another dept to handle. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with and was not by my choice. GS should somehow be liable for this incompetent company that took over their loans and never notified anybody of transfer. Loan was serviced through them. I want my credit reports updated immediately as I have paid on time and paid off early. Legal action needs to be taken against this unethical company. They are messing with people’s livelihood! I do not need a run down of my loan agreement in their response. I already know what it was and not to mention, it was not through them. Just take care of the matter at hand and do what should have been done already! Update credit bureau as PAID IN FULL.

Please see attached response. We appreciate the opportunity to respond to the above-referenced complaint your office brought to our
attention. Systems and Services Technologies, Inc. (“SST”) is a loan servicing and payment
processing company that is committed to resolving customer service issues in a cooperative and
expeditious manner. Please know that SST has no ownership in this Account and does not purchase
loans; it is merely the servicer. Consumer permission is not required to change servicers.
We’ve completed our review of the account in question and found the following:
      On April 28, 2021, **** ******** signed an agreement for a Marcus by ******* ***** loan (“the
Contract”) financing $10,500.00 for an Unsecured Personal Loan. On December 11, 2023, the
Account was transferred to Systems and Services Technologies, Inc. (“SST”) for servicing. The terms
of the Contract remain the same.
At the time of servicing transfer, the Account had a balance of $1,527.69 and was due for the
December 30, 2023 payment. Four Autodraft payments and a WebPay payment have been made with
SST since the transfer. The Account shows a zero balance and is marked as Closed/Paid.
SST reports to the three main credit reporting agencies: *********** ******** and ******** When
there is a transfer of servicer, SST does not immediately initiate credit reporting. This ensures all
payments are properly marked received even if sent to the prior servicer. Due to the transfer of
servicing, credit reporting for this portfolio was sent by SST to the bureaus in April for March
reporting. Please allow sufficient time for the bureaus to update their records.
If *** ******** has any further questions or concerns, she may contact SST Customer Service directly
      at ***** *********

Sometime back around October or November of 2023, ******* ***** decided to transfer all their loan servicing to SST without informing anyone first. We as customers had no say in the matter. As of March 2024, my credit took a 64 point drop due to SST showing as a "closed" account. I had worked very hard to get my credit score up to 758, and this caused it to drop to 694. I called SST immediately, and they stated that they were aware of the issue and were in the process of "fixing" it. Now, over a month later, nothing has changed, so I just called them again. I was transferred 3 times and finally ended up with a rude lady in the credit department who basically told me there was nothing they could do about it. She stated that ******* ***** actually "closed" everyone's loan accounts and then transferred them to SST, so there's nothing for them to fix. This just isn't right. When a person works hard to get their credit score up to a very good/excellent level, and then something completely out of that person's control happens to bring it down to the "fair" category, something is WRONG!! Please tell me what can be done about this. I know I'm not the only one complaining about this, as I have read several others stating the same issue. PLEASE do something to help us!
