    I had booked for three nights. I checked in the first Night into a room that smelled strongly of cigarettes. So they were accommodating and gave me another room because I could not air it out by opening the window. The second room that they gave me smell of feces and we quickly discovered why when my child pulled out the fold out couch to find POOP smeared and smashed into the bedsheets. When I went back down to notify the staff, they insisted to change the sheets, which I allowed yet only changed the top sheet, even though it was soaked all the way through to the mattress. This time I was exhausted, so My 3 children and I shared the other two beds in this room, until we wanted to use the toilet, which instantly flooded when flushed. I turned the water off and went to retrieve a plunger from the staff. I had to use the plunger excessively every single time we were to flush the toilet there. The pool was not open, even though it was advertised to be but little did I know that would be the least of my worries. I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels and this was the worst and least functional one I had ever experienced. I checked out the next day and requested a refund which they gave me an email to contact the owner which I did but never got a response. So I paid for three nights to smell poop and aggressively plunge the toilet The whole nine hours we were there.
