    DATE OF TRANSACTION 11/2/22, WINNER CIRCLE AUTO REPAIR CHARGED ME TO INSATLL A CATLAK CONVERTER AND 2 SENSORS AND ONLY ONE SENSORS WAS INSTALLED AND THEY CHARGED ME FOR 2 SENSORS AND THEY ARE REFUSING TO GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK FOR UNINSTALLED PART OR GIVE ME MY PART BACK THAT I PAID FOR, TOTAL PRICE FOR PARTS WAS $262.00 HALF OF $262 IS $131.00 AND THEY'RE REFUSING TO GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK AND WANT GIVE ME MY PART OR RETURN MY MONEY, I'D LIKE TO REPORT THIS AND WHAT MUST I DO AND THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME A RECEIPT, THEY DIDN'T COMPLETELY THE JOB AND CHARGE ME FOR IT, I NEED HELP ON RESOLVING THIS PROBLEM THANK YOU SO MUCH

    It was done off the books after business hours.  I told him when I do it, I will not warranty it.  We had difficulty before but he needed it done so bad.  It was not done on any type of business at all because he likes to complain too much.  Now he is trying to be mad because I told him he would need an 02 sensor.  He wants to come back and curse me out when all I did was get rid of it.  I looked at him like he was an older brother, it's a personal thing.  It has nothing to do with Winner's Circle.  I wasn't going to warranty the work because he brought his own parts.  When I told him to bring it back the next day, he came back and wanted to curse me out and argue with me in front of my house.  This is the main reason he did not get a receipt because he likes to complain too much.  He did not come the next day when I told him.  I knew he would lie about it.
