      I rented my car from the airport in *************** on Friday Oct 27th. The agents name is ***************He was amazing. Really quick. I named him *****************************. But he was very nice. He did his job with complete professionalism I just want to mention him because he was extraordinary I hope you make him manager or give him a huge wage increase

      They said it will be $275 additional charge to extend one week of the car rental. What they really meant was total cost to extend the car rental one week is $675 because they will keep $400.00 deposit. When this false statement was brought up to them, they would not acknowledge their mistake and return the deposit of $400.00. It seems like Alamo is proud to use deceptive business practices to make money.

      This company is disgusting and is the definition of poor customer service where no one understands your concerns. Stay far away from Alamo. They should be shutdown. If I could give zero stars I would, but I couldnt submit the review without giving 1.

      I had the most wonderful experience recently with Alamo out of ********************** airport. ******** in the yard located the perfect car for us and was friendly, helpful and very professional.Also, When returning the car at the end of my agreement, *** checked me in with these same qualities. Next time I make a trip there, I hope to have both of these guys help me out. Alamo has two great employees, right here!

      We are so unhappy with the customer service with ********************. We are on vacation, got a flat and called for roadside assistance. We were told someone would be here to give us out a spare tire on and we would be charged $70 for the replacement tire once we picked up the new rental. Even though we purchased the extra insurance for $125 extra! I am so unhappy. Why did we even pay that if we are still going to be charged?? Not to mention we are still waiting almost 2 hours later.. still no assistance.

      Left stranded at **** pm at the airport by this company. Was told they would be there until 1 or 2, walked up to desk at ****, found it dark and locked up. Looked for any number or contact information I could but not her eas there. Was told around 4pm that day that there would be someone there. Me, my wife and our 9 month old were the last people in the airport.

      Alamo are the worst rental company ever. In Cae in ******** **, they did not have the rental when I booked for a specific time. Then when one was available I gotten a phone call to come back to the location to get it, then I was told hold on, one of the workers just gave that one away.. I called the customer service line for a supervisor to call me and also the branch manager, its been 4 days and not to my surprise, no one ever called.. ( No one cares anymore) No customer service No respect!On top of that that location allows their kids to be on the job .Very unprofessional. I was renting from Alamo for over 12 years after this experience I will Never Rent Again!!

      Alamo is trying to scam me for $1200 of damage found after car rental drop off that I did not cause. Car pick up was sketchy, they didnt have the car I rented available and handed me the keys for a different one in the dark and walked away. I drove the car twice. Drop off inspection went great and he said all good to go. Now later they filed a claim against me for a whole bunch of damage including a huge white scratch on a black car (how was that missed?) ripped up fabric, broken off trunk latch, dented metal and some other small damage in the trunk. Disgusting
