      I rented a ********** Eclipse SUV from Enterprise between June 2 and June 8 at the airport in ********, **. On the morning of June 6, when trying to start up the car, we found that the car wouldn't start. We contacted Enterprise and a *** agent was sent to our location. He jump-started the car, recommended that we frequently drive the car to keep the battery charged, and told us that the battery was shot and struggling to hold a charge. In addition, for the next few days, the car had occasional loud beeping sounds, although there were no warning indicators on the dashboard.Upon returning the car on June 8, Enterprise management refunded the *** charge (which shouldn't have been charged to me in the first place, since it was an issue with the product that I received) and two days of the rental. While I'm thankful for this, I do not believe I was properly compensated for the headache and low-quality vehicle that I received. We had to alter our vacation plans and spend hours resolving this issue instead of enjoying our vacation. The expectation when renting a vehicle should be that it is fully functional. I'm not asking for a full refund, but I believe it is reasonable to be compensated more than two days because this issue cost us hours of vacation time to ************** 2 stars instead of 1, because the other rental we had was a good experience.

      I went to rent a car for a road trip to ******* from *****, I got the car from the rental office, and it once I started driving to *******, I found the tire pressure goes down every time I stop for gas, so I have to fill up the tires as well.First time I called the customer service, and they said that they will find me a car to swap with the one I got, but no response.Second time I called the customer service, the agent told me to go to a specific location to swap my car.When I went to this location, the manager told me that she have no available cars now, and I have to go to the Airport location to swap my car ( All that waste of time and not even safe to drive on the road with a faulty car). The **** manager said whatever it is, there is no car for me here, and looks like Ill spend the week from a location to location to find a vehicle.I called the customer service again and they said that I should have priority as I already have a car, but it is not safe to drive, and she said that she will escalate the issue to the higher management that they make sure I get a car and yet two days later NO *********** IS THE WORST RENTAL COMPANY WITH THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WORST TEAMS IN THE LOCATIONS STARTING FROM THE GUYS WHO GAVE ME A FAULTY CAR TO THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENTS TO THE MANAGEMENT WHO DID NOTHING.I DONT RECOMMEND OR WILL USE THEIR SERVICES ANY MORE

      I wanted to express my displeasure with your location in *********** and your ************************ I had booked a vehicle for one week starting Saturday at ****. I received a phone call the day before to confirm. I arrived at the location at approximately 12:05 or earlier and the door was locked. When I found an attendant outside, I was told they were closed and they don't even have a vehicle for me. At no time was I advised they close at noon when I received a phone call the day before. To make a remark they have no vehicles is unprofessional. To tell a customer they are closed and they can't help them is another level of poor service. I had to make arrangements to get to the location and then I had to make arrangements to get back home. I had many errand to complete that day and this caused me significant issues. In addition to this, I contacted your customer service department and they apologised. They assured me someone would call me from another location to provide me with another vehicle. I never recieved a call. These issues are a poor reflection of your organization and I will never rent from Enterprise again.

      One star is generous! Reserved a car 6 months ago and confirmed twice the week of pick up only to be told 2 hours prior to pick up that it would be delayed but would definitely be available by the time we needed to leave. Only to find out that there were no vehicles available anywhere in the area.

      Twice this week, on the days of my designated rental car pickup, this company called to inform me that my pickup time would be delayed.The first time was due to (supposedly) proper tires which needed to be installed on my designated vehicle. This occurred on Tuesday, June 17th. My travel for that day was work-related with my work being time-sensitive. I canceled my work due to this delay, thus forcing me to lose money.The second time occurred today, June 19th. While this travel today isn't work-related, a *** at the Enterprise office informed me that there was a shortage of vehicles for renters, even though I had made the reservation 2 days ago. I would like to know what criteria this particular rental car location uses for customers to pick up their rental cars in a timely manner. Does it have to do with the time of day for the pickup? Or is someone locally simply disorganized in their reservation procedures and protocol? Needless to say, I'm very dissatisfied with the recent performance of employees at this location. For years prior to this week, everything went smoothly. Now, there are issues.

      I rented a car from Enterprise car rental in *********** ************** for the 11th -13. I was getting ready to leave to pick up my car. They called me and told me when I was walking out my door to pick up my rental. They called just 30 minutes before pick up to tell me they had no cars for me. 30 minutes is not much notice on that same day to make arrangements for another car rental at another place. I have been with Enterprise for 5 years renting, and since they let me down I have decided to take my business elsewhere. If they had give me more notice I could have worked something else out. I no longer have confidence in them. For all I know this may happen again. Yes I realize Enterprise does it really care about my complete or how badly I was treated. But I will tell you this, they have lost all credibility with me

      I wanted to understand charges and person on phone identified herself as Branch Manager in *******, **. She put me on hold 2 times and when I called back the third, she said she was too busy to assist. When I asked if she could call me back when she wasn't busy, she stated she could not guarantee she would call me back. This was an insurance referral. Terrible CSR and will certainly complain to my insurance carrier...they should not have had me rent a car from Enterprise, after seeing all the negative reviews. Too much to type...but this is the gist. I now have charges I dont know what they are for.

      My car was hit on 5/29, 5/30 I contacted my car insurance USAA, they told me they use enterprise tent a car, I went to the one located in **********************. They provided me with ********** outlander. It was dirty on outside and inside with half tank of gas. I was in a hurry had to pick up my toddler from school and they had no other car that was 3 row as I have 4 kids. When I left and was far I put on the ** and horrible odor came from the car I called them and told ****** he said I could come back however did not have a 3 row I asked if I could change at local enterprise as I live in *********** he said yes. I called several was unable to get through to anyone the next day I went to enterprise in ********** and they had no cars she told me she could give me a mustang which I cannot fit 4 kids in so I left. I called several that whole weekend located in ** nobody could give me a 3 row. They told me they would call me back never received a call. The car has locked my child in the car 3 times and I have had to climb in through the trunk explained this to them and corporate on 6/9/25 nobody called me back was told I would have someone call me to change my car. On 6/11/25 I called corporate again spoke with ***** he said someone would call me back no return call still waiting to change this car out and Im stuck with it bc I need to get to work. The sensor does not detect the key and its just so unsafe which I stated to everyone multiple times never again Im praying my car gets fixed asap I will never rent to this company again and feel I should be compensated for this junk of a car.

      Poor customer service! If I could give ********************** a zero for customer service, I would! Absolutely the most unprofessional and horrible customer service I have experienced at an ********************** Car Rental.I reserved a *** back in March for my vacation in May. You think I wouldnt have any issues; especially since I never had any issues with Enterprise. This location here in ************ has become terrible! They are rated a 3.8 and I read several reviews, and I noticed a pattern. You can have a reservation at this location and they dont care. This location has new management and staff and they are absolutely terrible in tracking reservations and what cars are actually on the lot. Sad part is I made my reservation through **************, which I will be contacting ************** about this location and tell them whats the purpose of making a reservation via ************** for vacations rental cars when Enterprise at ************ doesnt honor the reservation?What made me upset and feel unvalued as a customer is when I was told by one staff member they dont have the Kona I reserved, but told me I could upgrade to a pickup truck or down size to a Camry. I was hot because they wasted my time knowing that the Kona wasnt on the lot, but asking me to drive a pickup truck or down size to a car without knowing why I needed a *** is just poor customer service!!!! The Camry was way too small for the amount of luggage I had and I dont drive pickup trucks. The sad part is the manager tried to gaslight me??! He asked me was everything ok, I responded and said you wasted my time knowing the Kona *** wasnt on the lot. He gaslighted and said the *** is getting ready right now, and then I pointed to the other staff member and said he just told me yall dont have the Kona on the lot. The manager gaslighted me again and said the *** is getting ready right now, but we are giving you other options. I didnt want options, I wanted the car I reserved!
