    *7/24/24 Bought car w/ ****** mi *Provided BG Warranty and xmile warranty through shop *Complained of oil smell/consumption before first oil change ****************** change from Auto Evaluators w/ ****** mi *Notes acknowledged oil was very low & check every 1k mi *10/2/24 check engine & 2 lights turn on *10/2024ish dropped car off for "diagnostic" *Refused to share diagnostic report, "car is not yours" was said by receptionist *Warranty expired: **** suggested a valve-cover replacement to assist with oil issue: offered 0 discount for a price of $714.15 *12/2/24 Mechanic 1 replaced valve covers for $365 with ******* mi Documentation of regular oil changes and more can be provided along with the purchase of 5-10 quarts of oil between each oil change Took the car to Mechanic 1 in March of 2025 for the continuous oil consumption issue. Said the only way to fix the problem was to replace the engine. Took the car to Mechanic 2 for diagnostic report. They made me aware of the endless recalls of the make/model/year and confirmed that engine need replaced Took vehicle to ****** dealer for consumption test ********* 2025. They confirmed that the car was consuming more than 0.8 quarts in about 100 mi. Confirmed engine needs replaced. Paid $7,613.01 for engine replacement *I want to document that every mechanic shop and professional I spoke with mentioned oil consumption was an ongoing issue before and when I bought the vehicle Auto evaluators claimed that **** was unavailable when called to share that engine had to be replaced. I have spent over $10,000 since purchasing the vehicle less than a year ago. Plus the $10,400 for the 2012 that he couldnt budge $50 from, claiming the car was in pristine condition. For a family-owned business, the owner and staff arent very family-like. I would never sell my family a default car and refuse to assist them if I did wrong. Nor would I treat them with unkindness and deception when addressing a problem.

    Please check the information provided by the customer. ***** has driven the ****** for over ****** miles and 1 year and now wants Auto Evaluators to pay for a new engine because after 1 year and over ****** miles  the ****** Dealer  stated the engine failed the oil consumption test.

     ***** Stated,  ****** knows about this ongoing problem however wants Auto Evaluators to pay for A known defect/problem that ****** is aware of . *****, I suggest you join a class action lawsuit against ******

    Question for *****, At this time you only showed a quote for the repairs is it correct  you have not had the "estimate" for repairs performed or paid for??  2nd continue to drive the car over 15 thousand miles a month based on your average driving ??

    The document provides a brief walk through of the many visits to mechanic shops I've went to seek information from.  I have personal receipts of oil I've purchases from auto stores to help my car run between oil changes, but the receipts provided demonstrate the constant struggle the vehicle has had since purchasing.  This has been an extreme financial burden for me and Auto Evaluators ensured the vehicle was "reliable", even with the knowledge of my daily driving milage.  I'm hopeful for an agreement to help relieve some of this financial burden which has been addressed from the start.

    Attached are the receipts from the engine replacement and other expenses in regards to the oil consumption.  I'm hopeful we can come to an agreement to help aid the financial burden caused from this vehicle.

    Im reaching out to request more information on how the business responded in good faith.  There was no business response to the many documents I sent in supporting the lack of integrity in selling the vehicle. I have only received the first response of them asking for more specific information, which I sent. Thank you.
