  I have a pair of AA energizer batteries which leaked and damaged my flashlight. Called energizer and they told me that my batteries were expired. That batteries expired last year their warranty, clearly states that their warranty covers the battery for the lifetime and then two years. They will not honor the warranty as written. I will be buying ******** in the future.

  I had purchased Energizer batteries, the package was still sealed when I noticed the battery was leaking. Not even opened and already leaking, tried to contact them but nothing. Who needs a company like this, will never buy Energizer again .

  I bought a package of Energizer Max ** batteries that began leaking in the devices I installed them in. I checked Energizer literature and found that the batteries are guaranteed not to leak. Following is my experience with attempting to get satisfaction. Energizer does not honor their guarantee without persistent complaining and follow-up.Initially, I used an on-line form to register my complaint - twice. I received no response. Finally I called Energizer to notify them of the situation and they requested evidence. They sent a list of required data. I supplied the data that was available, including photographic evidence. I thought that would suffice and that they would compensate me for my difficulty. After a while I contacted them again for an update. Once again they requested more data, including the same data already supplied. This became a pattern. On my 4th call they continued to ask for more data. At that point I became insistent and they finally agreed to send a coupon for replacement batteries. I believe they would have been very happy if I lost interest and they didn't have to make good on their guarantee. They place obstacles in the way to discourage claims. It seems to me that it would be cheaper to promptly settle rather than have a team of people whose job it is to discourage complaints.I expected more from such a respected brand. I'm very disappointed with Energizer and will think twice before buying this brand again.

  4 times now I have made warranty complaints to energizer because their batteries are dead within the warranty shelf-life period. They work you stupid hard for an offer of partial purchase price refund (no tax or shipping) and then offer you pennies on the dollar. Their CS makes so many mistakes, tasking you twice for the same info, refunding only 1 of 2 packages, etc. In half the cases, the batteries were bleeding white stuff all inside the case, and they weren't weak, but totally dead (in less than half of the warranty period. I have never had this happen with any other brand. ******** has longer shelf-life guarantees, and I NEVER had them test bad coming out of the package, far from their purchase date. I told them to keep their crappy refund offers (4) and I will post reviews for their inept CS.

  I purchased 48 AA batteries for my trail cameras this fall and upon voltage inspection of the batteries before installation, I found multiple batteries with inadequate voltage. Upon my findings I emailed customer service with photos of proof of purchase and a explanation of the faulty batteries, but I have waited now 3 weeks and have yet to receive a response from the companies customer service. These Ultimate Lithium batteries are not cheap by any means, how is it ok to continue shipping batteries that are not to voltage spec and also not return customer service emails. Hard to believe they've been in business for 31 years!

  There batteries distoyed my flashlight !($39.99) They Wanted me to remove the batteries ($18.99)to find where they where produced exposing me to the acid that leaked. I was able to send it to them witch I had to pay to ship it to them. At first they said they didn't receive it. Then they said they would send a check for the flashlight but NOT for the $19.00 dollars for the batteries! NO SHIPPING NO TAXES SPENT ! LOUSY COMPANY ! I have all the emails and pictures and receipts! LOUSY COMPANY !
