      I was looking for a black business to replace my rotors and pads. I went to 360 Brake service on grand. I called before I went and the man(no name) said they could do it. I went over after work. He supposedly installed rotors and pads on the back of my 2016 Kia ***** It seemed to ride fine for a few days. Then the brakes started grinding, then squealing. It was so bad, one day I went to another garage and said maybe I need front brakes. The mechanic said no, it's your back brakes. I told him I just had them replaced. He took me inside the garage and showed me a groove on the rotor. He said they were not new rotors. I had to get the brakes replaced again. I paid $380 cash because he didn't want to accept a debit card. He did not refund any monies, he maid no effort to correct the job when I contacted him before I had the brakes replaced, he refused to give me his name, he acted suspect as if he knew he had done a botched up job. HE IS A SHYSTER, A THIEF. I am 74 years old. Maybe he does better for young people. I normally go to ************** service and will not use a black service again.
