    I went through ********** to have flooring done in my kitchen and they sent out this company to do the work. This company damaged my hardwood floors as well as my refrigerator and stove from when they dragged it out. I ended up needing to buy a new refrigerator and my claim was denied. The company came back out to work on the scratches on my floor but it made no difference. I was told the owner would call me to talk about what they were going to do about my floors but I have yet to hear anything back.

    Our inspector completed a site visit on 8/30, during this visit he did discuss the fridge with the customer. The customer let our inspector know they had already replaced the fridge, therefore we could not inspect any damage. Our inspector did let the customer know that a simple unplugging and plugging an appliance back in would not have caused any extensive damage to the appliance unless the wall outlet was faulty. We respectfully deny liability for this claim.

    The wood floors were accidently scratch while moving the the refrigerator, Superior  has taken responsibility for this problem and tried to fix the wood  floors. Unfortunately the client was not satisfy  with the solution to the wood flooring. On October 25, 2024 4:00pm we called ***** ******** to offer compensation and we are now waiting on her response.
