If there was a negative 5 star, it still wouldnt be low enough for this company.I have never experienced such INFERIOR work and business ethics in my ENTIRE LIFE!!! I purchased carpeting from the ********** and was told that installation was free. I just wanted to buy the materials and have my own installer install the carpet. The salesman told me that the carpet would be the same price, with or without installation. Of course I went with the free installation with purchase of carpet, I could not afford to pay the same price and then pay my own installer.BAD DECISION!!!!!The installers show up, and look at the job, I have 2 fluted columns with a floating cabinet in between the columns, that is stationary and custom fit and mounted to the columns. The installer asked me if the cabinet could be REMOVED, and I said NO, its stationary, up off the floor and has under cabinet lights! Installer scratches his head. I am required to be home while installers are there.Periodically I would go sit on the steps and take pictures of the progress, then go back upstairs. Later on, I hear drilling which I thought was unusual to install carpet but was busy upstairs and didnt go look. They finish for the day and leave. I go down to look at the job and see that THE INSTALLER TRIED TO REMOVE THE CABINET ANYWAY EVEN AFTER I HAD SAID NO, AND THEY DESTROYED IT!I called ********** and 6 days later an arrogant supervisor from the installation company, named *********************** shows up, and proceeded to tell me that his installers didnt destroy the cabinet!! He said I wasnt here to see them do it. I called HD back and they file a property damage claim with their claims mgmt , which isnt an insurance co., theyre a 3rd party go between who talked to the ********************* who REFUSE TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY AND COMPENSATE ME FOR THE DAMAGES DONE BY THEIR INSTALLER CITING LACK OF PROOF. WHAT? I HAVE PICTURES OF BEFORE AND AFTER.ILL SEE YOU IN COURT!!THE WORST COMPANY EVER!!
