      After a loss of $30 on the return of one item due to high shipping and costs of returns I cannot recommend buying online from this company.

      I would have given them zero stars if I could have. PLEASE, PLEASE do not purchase anything online from Soft Surroundings. I ordered seven tops and paid for express 3 day shipping. It was a bit more than $20. I needed the shirts for an upcoming event (my son's wedding). I received those items in three different shipments. None of them arrived within. three days. Far from it. I ordered them May 1 and just received the last one in the middle of June. Also, I emailed them about my order at least six times before I got a response. I also talked to a lady on the phone who I could not understand. I sent all of the shirts back except for two. I checked my bank account and they failed to refund me for one of the shirts. Instead of helping me, they just kept saying I was incorrect. And this was while I was looking at my bank account. Please don't make the same mistake that I did. I was a long time customer and I will NEVER buy from them again. It has been a horrible experience.

      I used to love their clothes but the quality is now hit and miss. I recently ordered 4 items, 2 of which I returned. The price of these 2 items was $148, they charged me $9 return fee plus $38 fee to make the return. So I'm out $47.

      Dont even bother!!! I paid for overnight shipping. Its been 1 week and the item still hasnt shipped. **************** was not helpful and it appears I am not alone in my frustrations.

      The quality was low, and returns are expensive. I paid $118 for a dress but after administrative fees and $9.95 shipping fees, I will only get $87 back. I regret buying from this site.

      I have been waiting for months to get my refund. I have called, sent numerous messages to them and get the same reply of our customer service team will get back to you shortly ! Still, no refund!!Do not buy from this company! I am hoping the BBB will report them!!

      $16.99 reward program is miss leading. Free shipping and they charge your card for $16.99 a month and hope you don't notice fees.

      Disappointed in ServicePlease Do Better I used to love Soft Surroundingsespecially the Sarasota store. It was my go-to spot anytime I needed something beautiful, comfortable, and effortlessly stylish. When the store closed, I was relieved to know I could still order online. Unfortunately, that experience has been nothing short of frustrating.I ordered a skirt for an upcoming wedding, and its been sitting in pre-shipping status for 12 days. Ive called three times to get it re-shipped, before a resolution. Separately, I ordered two pairs of linen pants. The order form and packaging both said size Large, but the pants inside were a size Small. When I called to exchange them, I was told Id have to pay the $9.95 Happy Returns feeeven though the error was not mine. It took multiple calls and a long debate with a customer service *** before they finally agreed to waive the fee and send the correct size.We, as shoppers, are spoiled by efficient service from companies like Amazonbut thats because theyve set the bar for how to serve customers well. **********************, I hope youre listening. Loyal shoppers like me want to support you. Please take this feedback as an opportunity to do better. Success leaves clues.

      I enjoyed shopping at my local brick and mortar store, and since they've closed tried ordering online.Ordered 2 items, and each was allegedly shipped by different carriers - I say allegedly as there is no updated tracking information on either and the estimated delivery noted for one of the items gets pushed out daily. This of course means that no one knows where it is. They refuse to cancel the order. The next step is to dispute the credit card charge. They will have to produce the merchandise.The company has deteriorated dramatically. I will no longer do business with them.

      DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY! I have been a customer for many years and have been happy with my purchases in the past. Unfortunately, it appears the company has been purchased by someone else and their sales and customer service has deteriorated rapidly! I ordered a spring dress in January 2025 to wear to an upcoming wedding. There was no mention when ordering that this item was back ordered. When realizing I had not received my order, I called their customer service line in early March 2025 to inquire about the status of my order. After sitting on the phone waiting for a representative for quite a while, I was finally connected to an individual who was very difficult to understand. When asking about my order, she informed me that my dress would not be shipped until July 2025way past the wedding date that I was planning on wearing it! So, I asked for my order to be cancelled and my credit card refunded (yes, they had put a hold on my credit card for payment). I was told that canceling was unavailable since my order was already in the warehouse being processed (not sure how it can be being processed when the order would not be fulfilled until July). When I asked to speak to a manager, the customer service representative hung up on me!! I immediately called back (sitting again for quite a while to speak to someone) and once again asked to cancel the order and subsequently asked to speak to a manager. I was told manager was busy at that moment but would return my call within 30 minutes. I never received a follow up call!! So, my only option is to wait for the dress to be delivered in July.but I am seriously doubting it will! I will immediately contest the charge on my credit card if it is processed..and, I will NEVER order from this company again!! BUYER BEWARE.find another more reputable company to support!!
