    0 stars. Since that was not an option. My dress was crooked after their work. They would not fix or take anything off the bill. Terrible service terrible work.

    We only altered the bottom of the dress by hemming it however the client is complaining of issues with the top of the dress which we did not make any adjustments to. We even took the time to show and explain to the client that the area we worked on had black stitching and the original areas without alterations still has the original blue stitching. We offer to alter the top portion for an additional fee since the previous quote was only for the hemming, however client declined.

    Dont go here if your a bigger guy. They made multiple huge comments and fraught from their mouth about my HUGE BELLY. They made comment about ally groomsmen being big. They got frustrated anytime an alterations needed done and basically complained to me about the money coming out of their pocket to get the alterations rushed back to them

    We already replied to your comments on Yelp and ******* Rest assure no comments were made about anyones size or weight during any of the fittings. As a tailor thats how we make money, because everyone has different sizes and need alterations for better fitting clothes. You and your groomsmen rented 7 tuxedos from *********** Wear through us. We are only the middle man here for these rentals. We spends 3-4 different appointments for each of you and the groomss rental and many alterations were actually provided for free. You and your groomsmen were extremely happy with everything until I had to contact you several time to return the tuxedos after your event. You wanted to keep the tuxedo and states you could not afford purchasing it for several months. Thats not how this service works. You have to either return the rentals on time or if you wish to purchase it, you have to do so now and not expect us to pay on your behave to ************* Wear and you pay whenever you can afford it.
