    I was offered a discount from the hospital and given the option to make payments and they turned it over to ****. **** decreased the amount of the discount and said if I didn't pay it in full, it goes back to the original amount which I'm already struggling to pay at the discounted rate.

    I asked to settle my bill and got no you already agreed pay full . Did I ? English is my second language I dont communicate well over the phone. Ok I payed full. Balance zero. 4 days later are you ready ti make payment . I told I already payed, week later getting a bill. They offer to settle my balance. After THEY TOOK the money because they had access to my card number. What.a slap in my face! At this moment Im not sure its a legit business and Im worried about them having my info. I probably need to change my card number.

    Company continues to call even after being told repeatedly that the debt they "bought" was approved for payment by the ** for the original medical facility to get payment. Also, they added $50 to the original bill amount as well. Most of the "customer service ***** that they have calling me are barely able to read the script provided and you can hardly make out exactly what they're calling for.

    I've offered to make payments but they refused any/all amounts I've offered and when I could start paying. NOPE! The jask*** guy I got on the phone was so rude he even threatened me with legal actions if I didn't make a payment that day and at THEIR REQUESTED AMOUNT. No wonder people post ways to beat them online. I don't mind paying but work with people. In today's economy not everyone has cash just lying around. The rudeness in unbelievable. BBB should put them out of business.

    Absolutely unbelievable. ******** calls, dozens a day plus voice-mails. Call from various spoofed numbers so it's impossible to block. Incredibly rude customer service who will not even listen let alone stop harassing people ALL DAY. EVERYDAY. STOP CALLING PEOPLE AT ALL TIMES. I have literally missed important calls because my phone is blowing up with calls from them all day.

    Terrible customer service! I received a phone call from them yesterday, 12/20/23, claiming to be a debt collector for a $251 charge from the hospital where I had my daughter. I explained I was confused because I was already making payments on a charge from that facility and date of service. She didnt have a real answer, other than this may be a different charge. I accepted the answer and told her I couldnt make the full payment all at once and needed to make payments. She wanted to know how close I could come to the amount and I again stated I needed to make payments to pay off the full amount. She didnt like the answer, but calculated 3 months of payments for $83 a month. I said wonderful! I can do that but will need to start in January. She seemed shocked by this request and asked if I couldnt make a payment today and I replied No, its 5 days before Christmas. This is when she became rude. She responded Well, Christmas comes every year. We cant use that as an excuse to avoid our bills. I snapped at her that there was no reason to be rude, as to when she responded Im just stating that Christmas is the same time every year and no reason to not pay our bills. At this point I was livid for her snarky attitude, when I was literally willing to set up a payment plan in 10 days. She continued to run her mouth, trying to talk over me, and telling me to wait a moment and calm down. I hung up on her. Im not paying a dime to a company with employees with that type of attitude and lack of compassion. How can I avoid a bill when I didnt even know it existed?

    This business has been calling me for Atleast two months for someone who isnt me and *** told them that before and *** asked them to take my name off the call list and they wouldnt stop calling me and now for a second time I told them that the person they were looking for isnt me this is bad business if I could give negative stars I would they need to do more research on debt collections before calling like something as simple as checking a phone number Ive owned for years

    This company called me this morning without identifying they were a debt collector. They never said who they were collecting for or the amount they were asking for. Very shady fof sure.
