      Bought a new fridge from ******* Delivery drivers damaged the walls during delivery. Filed a complaint with ******, was emailed by a person from Pilot Delivers, and then they’ve gone radio silent, refusing to respond to my outreaches.

      I had to buy supplies to fix their damage, but also had to repaint an entire room because the ****** Paint match didn’t match the paint correctly (which isn’t ****** fault, but was an added expense due to their third party delivery drivers damage).

      I have purchased washer and dryer from Lowes on April 22 and delivery was scheduled on May.1 2022 with company called Pilot **************** I did also pay extra to set up for installation .Two guys delivered and one of them was kind and other one was very rude and didnt want to be bother with it . They were finished and left also around same time I left my house go to grocery store. After hour and half I did come back and when I opened my front door to a living room I see water leaking from ceiling run upstairs to my laundry room and saw all over water on floor I looked on back of washer to see where water was coming they didnt connect water hose and wasnt tighten at all water was leaking all over . I do have videos and pictures to show and prove it.My laundry room was damaged and celling from upstairs to my dinning and. Ow I have big crack on celling due to water damage and also connects to my electrical lighting on celling . I called lowes they opened a case with Pilot delivering company and pilot company called me to send me all pictures and proof which I did sent them everything that thy asked for it . After they received it all proof they started ignoring. Y calls and e-mails or would just pass me o e contact or a next .They told me to get to estimates from 2 different companys company and they will pay for it . After they received estimates they closed my case . I send them later to follow up try to call them and they kept telling. E they will call me and I cant get anyone to help me . Please help me out Im not sure what to do. I have videos of the issue, but it wont accommodate to the file size of 5mb. I will show you with a picture but it wont show you in full detail.
