      Major pain in the ***, 1st I had to drive an hour and 45 minutes to St Louis to pick up this TV because they heard it was going to snow and canceled deliveries, and I was going out of town the next day for a week. I then get back from vacation open up the new TV and it doesn't work, so now I have to send it back which I've been trying to do for 3 weeeks. So finally got a pick up date , now I can get this huge box out of my way they are coming on Tuesday. So it's now Tuesday evening and no one has come to get the TV I called Tuesday night they can't figure out what I'm talking about, call Wednesday same thing no clue. So I call Thursday talked to a nice guy in Pennsylvania I this is where he said he was he found it right away and said they would be calling Thursday morning. So now it's Thursday afternoon and I call the stl pilot and they said they're guys already left Springfield today and the next time they will come here is Tuesday. I'm about to go insane. I can't believe companies really use this company for shipping what a complete hassle.
