These guys sent a card with the wrong information on it. When I reached out they were rude and offered no resolution. Avoid at all costs.

This review is for "FlyLegit" (Better known as ***REGISTERDRONE.COM or DRONEREGISTRATION.COM or TRUST***.COM or whatever other domains they've claimed) I am a fairly mild tempered person and haven't ever made a BBB comment before, but this "business" really rubbed me the wrong way. First I wan't to state that I admittedly made incorrect assumption that this was the *** sanctioned website to register my drone. I'm a 1st time drone pilot that clicked on the 1st website for registering my drone. (They paid to have their website at the top of ******* They do have a disclaimer at the bottom of their webpage that releases them from any legal liability, I'm sure. When I realized it was not the right website, I attempted to get a refund for my product purchase. (No issues so far, as the mistake was on me) However, upon navigating the website to request a refund, these "business" owners left a trail of belittling and self degrading comments that you must follow, solely to request a refund. They even have a section that attempts to dissuade refund seekers from contacting the better business bureau. (Really) Looking back, I believe they fully intend to mislead the general populous of new drone pilots to believe that they are the sanctioned *** website (while clinging to their disclaimer at the bottom of their own website) They aim to take advantage of those that don't know better. They can charge what they want to charge for their "services" and "products" ($35 for a registration card and a couple stickers). That's not my issue. My issue is that the way they do business. Although this is a niche business, I wan't to highlight them so others don't make the same mistake I did.
