      It was January 08/2023 at 9am. I went to get a shopping cart, where the carts are located there was a Post and on the post there was a new electrical box and it had jagged edges on it. I ripped the coat about a quarter in size. So, I continued my shopping when I was checking out I asked to talk with a manager and her name was ****** ( Assistant Manager) She may have taken a picture of my coat and she informed me that she would submit it to the claims department. She stated that since it was Sunday no was in and to check back with her in a couple of days. So a couple days I returned to the store and noticed that they did not do anything to the problem and spoke to the same Manager. She stated that there was company that does work for them. So, the next time I returned they duct taped it over. A few days later the box was removed. I would like my coat repaired or replaced.

It would appear that the store might have already filed a report on the incident based upon the comments from the customer, so it is possible they already have information on file. Regardless, that team will be able to assist with this customer's concerns.

      I did not receive the paperwork from Schnuck's. I reached back out to them today and I spoke with ******** *********, who handles the claims, and she said I will receive something soon.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I talked with ******* ********* Monday, the 20th.She told me she sent paperwork to wrong address and would rectify her error. At this time everything is good,waiting on paperwork to arrive.

      Every time I buy strawberries they are bad. I am tired of it. They need to be checked out more often.

      today, Jan 7 2023, I wanted to self checkout. the older woman with gray hair..about 5pm, was a poor customer service rep. I kept waiting at some checkout for help. finally she helped me and I mentioned the man next to mr ( black) needed help. she bit off my tongue saying I am only one person. I think racially motivated and she. should be fired. what a *********

      I ordered from the store and it was supposed to been a pick up order for 1pm, but then I received an email stating it was too busy and canceled my order. They charged me for a canceled order and a fee and I want my refund for the order.

      I visited a Schnucks grocery store today and purchaed one item. The item costed $3.72, I entered a $20.00 bill into the cash slot at self check-out #72. Instead of returning my change of $16.28, only $6.28 was returned. I informed a nearby cashier who stated that I needed to speak with the store manager. The store manager, ***** ******, stated that he would need to view the tape, inwhich I agreed, then he entered a nearby room and closed the door. After waiting well over 15 minutes, I went to the room to ask him how much longer it'd be? He replied, "I'm still looking for your transaction but I find it hard to believe that our machine wouldn't give back the correct change". I explained to Mr. ****** that I'd had issues twice in the past at self check-out, at this same location, where I declined cash back but the machine spit out a twenty dollar bill anyway and fortunately, each time, I was made aware by someone standing by who brought it to my attention that I was leaving behind my money, but I was unaware because I never requested cash back. He again stated that he finds that hard to believe, basically, calling me a liar. Mr. ****** was very rude, condescending towards me and never showed any empathy nor offered any sort of an apology. I'm a loyal Schnucks customer and do the majority of my grocery shopping there and am extremely offended at Mr. ******'s behaivor towards me and very dissappointed in their lack of genuine concern and respect for me in this matter. I would like my $10.00 returned to me that this store decided to steal/keep. the store location is as follows:

      Please have this customer call our Customer Care Team at ************ and ask to speak to me, ******* *******. I would be happy to provide this customer 10 dollars in Schnucks Rewards dollars to reimburse them for this issue. We are unable to provide cash or credit reimbursement as that has to be handled at store level. Additionally, we will share this feedback with our store team for coaching of their team on how to handle issues of this nature in a more effective manner going forward.

      I tried to return a $6.00 closed pack of Schnucks diapers with the receipt on 9/20/22. They would not return it. Come on $6.00 really?? Store credit would have been completely acceptable.

      That ********** room air freshner that I buy at Schnucks on Loughborough in St. Louis, MO. Well I can only get half of it out of the can, the time I told them about it many times, but they won't do anything about it.
