    You product in the last year in 1 1/2 Is the poorest quality I have every been Stuck with and want even better product or my money back! The company use to Stand for quality and good customer service, but not any longer!!!

    This business is a scan when it comes to hair growth purchases. They charge over $8000 for products you can purchase on your own for about $2000. It is not a professional organization that over promises and over charges.

    Do NOT spend your money at ***********************. I spent $3000 for 3 custom made wigs, waited over a year for ONE to be made, & I cant even wear it because the quality is so bad. The stylist i worked with even agreed with me on how bad the quality is. I was told by my sales consultant that the ** would call me about refunding me for the two units that havent been made, & Ive heard nothing. *** left several voicemails & have been completely ignored. $3000 spent & Ive got nothing to show for it. Their business practices may as well be criminal.

    I have been going to Hans Wiemann for more years than I can think of. All those times I have gone to ***** and she knows exactly what I want and always is friendly kind wonderful person to deal with. I have never had a complaint about what she does for me.
