      This is a completely corrupt company that needs to be investigated and put out of business. You would think they are trying to prevent you from receiving your medication. Every single team member is vastly incompetent and I have NEVER received a single medication on time. Always at least a week late and having to escalate the issue with management. Avoid them at all costs if you care about your health and sanity.

      This is a criminal organization. They take your co-pay assistance card provided by the drug manufacture to cover patient co-pays and use this money first while not applying it to the patient deductible. So when the limit of the co-pay card is reached they start billing the patient deductible. Eliminating the benefit indented by the drug manufacture, essentially stealing the maximum amount of money from the manufacture and the patient. DO NOT let Express Script handle your co-pay assistance, pay the bill yourself and make a claim directly to the co-pay assistance card yourself. This is the only way you will be able to use your benefit.

      I wish I could give zero stars. Accredo Pharmacy is completely unreliable and dishonest. My medication is due 6/18, and I was just told I wont be getting it on time because they claim a prior authorization is needed even though they already filled this same medication for me in ********** make it worse, the first *** I spoke to was rude and claimed they had been trying to contact both me and my doctor multiple times since April. Thats a lie, I havent received a single call, voicemail, email, push notification or anything. After hours on the phone, I finally got through to a supervisor who confirmed that the prior auth on file is valid until 1/2026 and that no new one is needed. The supervisor also admitted that no one has been trying to contact me since ****** meaning the original *** just flat-out lied.Reading other reviews, its clear this is a pattern: delays, misinformation, and zero accountability. If your job forces you to use this pharmacy, Id honestly consider finding a new career! No one should have to ****** their health on Accredos incompetence.

      This is a Horrible and DANGEROUS Company. This is not the first serious issue I've had with them, but the curren't issue is that they errored and didn't ship my diabetes medication. My doc called them yesterday and assured my doctor they would ship that day for overnight delivery today. THEY DID NOT. They gave me a tracking number that clearly stated *** is NOT in possession and they only created a label so far. I am currently 5 days overdue and my blood sugar is 253. They do not care and have ZERO issue lying to people.

      Chewy ships faster than some business called Express Scripts - they need to change their name. Nothing “express” about this awfu company, holding our prescriptions hostage and harming local pharmacies.

      They have horrible customer ******************* billing. They deny prior authorization proof, when I have proof in wiring. Im pretty confident they commit insurance fraud. Being a specialty pharmacy, they should be able tosubmit an insurance claim right away, or re- file a claim right away, but no. Its always a 7-10 business day wait period.

      Zero stars should be an option. I am so exhausted by this company, I can't even begin to detail my seven month ordeal. I am currently in the process of filing a formal complaint with the ************************. Someone needs to stop this horrible excuse for a pharmacy. They probably cause half of the conditions for which they provide meds. :(

      I am having to use this pharmacy due to my insurance. I was on ****** and everything fine for that medication but now that I have been put on ****** they are taking their sweet time. When I called they told me that it was still waiting for Pharmacist approval and it was almost complete. I said "yall have had the prescription for a week and it has already been approved by my doctor and my insurance company so what's the hold up?" I was advised that they have their own process of making sure everything was approved before they fill it. Meanwhile, I'm sitting here in pain and having nothing to help it. If I could give them negative stars I would
